Chapter 11: The Infiltration Mission – Into the Heart of the Student Council

That night, in a small former supply room now turned into a secret base, the seven members of the Silent Defenders sat in a tight circle. The overhead light swung gently, adding to the tension in the air.

"I'm going into the Student Council," Ara said without hesitation.

All eyes turned to her.

"Are you sure?" Soo-bin asked. "That place is the most dangerous now."

Ara nodded. "They just opened a spot for an IT assistant to help with event documentation. I can use a backup identity I've already prepared."

Gevran looked at her with steady confidence. "Are you sure you can survive among people like Min Hyuk?"

Ara gave a slight smile. "I don't need to survive. I just need to stay invisible."

---

The Infiltration Day

Wearing the official Student Council uniform and a small pin bearing the school emblem, Ara successfully entered as an intern IT staff. Inside the cold and sterile council office, she acted like any other assistant—checking projectors, organizing meeting agendas, and designing event posters.

Secretly, she slipped a keylogger into Min Hyuk's main computer and planted a tiny voice recorder under the meeting table.

Within a week, the results were shocking.

---

Proof of Conspiracy

Ara returned to the secret base with a serious look on her face. She pulled out a flash drive and connected it to the laptop. Within seconds, an audio recording played:

> "We'll make them look like rebels. Fake reports? Who cares? My dad can take care of that at the school board."

It was Min Hyuk's voice. Clear. Uncensored.

Everyone was silent.

"This is enough to get him removed," Yoon-jae whispered.

"Not just removed," Gevran replied. "This could open the public's eyes. Bullying and abuse of power are real—even at elite schools."

---

The Counterattack Strategy

Gevran came up with a bold plan: a surprise press conference during the school's annual "Integrity Day"—the most symbolic event at Daehan, where students showcase values of honesty and leadership.

With the help of supportive alumni and reporter Lee So-eun, they embedded the recording into the official presentation. Ara also managed to connect the file to the school's main projector system.

---

The Day of the Conference

All students, teachers, and some parents sat neatly in the main auditorium. Min Hyuk stood confidently at the podium, speaking about "values of justice and responsibility."

But just as he raised his hand to close the speech, the large screen behind him lit up… and began playing his own voice:

> "Fake reports? Who cares? My dad can take care of that at the school board."

Chaos erupted. The auditorium buzzed. Some teachers exchanged worried glances. The principal rose from his seat, face pale.

Min Hyuk froze. Speechless. He couldn't run. He couldn't deny it.

---

After the Bombshell

Within days, Min Hyuk was stripped of his position. An internal investigation was launched. Several other council members were also questioned.

Ara became an invisible hero. And Gevran?

He became the center of attention.

The media picked up his story. An article titled "The Anti-Bullying Heir Who Challenged the System from Within" went viral across Korea. Netizens began calling him the Young Guardian.

In the Private Journal Room

> Today I learned something important: sometimes, a massive change starts with a tiny recording.

But it's not the device that matters—it's the courage to play it, in front of everyone.

---

Truth Revealed

The atmosphere in Daehan International School's Main Hall exploded into chaos. Teachers stood, parents began recording the scene on their phones. Min Hyuk, once the symbol of elite student power, was exposed. His own voice was irrefutable proof.

"Is this real?" gasped one of the senior teachers, face pale.

Principal Seo quickly moved to the podium. "Everyone, please remain calm… We will investigate this thoroughly. For now, all Student Council members are suspended pending the inquiry."

Min Hyuk tried to defend himself. "That… that was manipulated! That's not my voice!"

But alumni sitting in the front row, including Hwang Da-kyung, stood and spoke. "I recognize that voice clearly. We're not dealing with children anymore. This is a test of morality."

---

After the Event

Gevran walked out of the auditorium quietly. Yet, his steps were met by students who had once stayed silent. Some were victims of bullying. Others had just been too afraid to speak.

"Thank you, Gevran," whispered a sophomore girl, bowing deeply.

Soo-bin patted Gevran's shoulder. "You realize it now? This is the first time people in this school are treating us like human beings."

---

Emergency School Board Meeting

In a closed room, school leaders, foundation representatives, and senior alumni discussed Min Hyuk's case. Jido, Gevran's father, attended as an honorary guest. He didn't say much—just stared sharply at those who once ignored bullying reports.

Finally, the decision was made: Min Hyuk was suspended and would be required to make a public statement. A new Student Council President would be chosen through an open election.

But one interesting point: Gevran's name had started to come up as a strong candidate.

Silent Defenders HQ

"I didn't expect results this fast," Ara said, sipping warm tea.

Gevran stared at the wall covered in strategy maps.

"We're not done," he said quietly. "There are still students out there suffering. The system is still broken. I'm running for Student Council President."

Everyone went silent. Then, one by one, they smiled.

"In that case, let's make this campaign our first test," said Yoon-jae.

Gevran's Private Journal – Night

> Today I witnessed power fall—not by force, but by truth.

I don't have everything. But I have people who believe in me.

And now, I know… if I can win their hearts, I can change this school.

And someday… this country.
