At that moment, the boy named Sora, at the age of 19, died in his hospital bed after a long and painful struggle with cancer. Some might have thought his story had come to a quiet and tragic end, but fate had other, grander plans.

I opened my eyes and was immediately blinded by the bright, blue sky above. My vision blurred and adjusted slowly, as confusion flooded my senses. Where the hell am I? I thought frantically, trying to make sense of my surroundings. I attempted to sit up but was overwhelmed by sharp waves of pain and an aching hunger that gnawed at my gut.
What the hell? Why am I so damn small? Did I seriously get reincarnated into another fragile, malnourished body? And why the hell does this place smell worse than a dumpster fire?
My thoughts raced chaotically, and panic crept in. Is this some kind of cosmic joke? Did God bring me back just to let me suffer again? You sick bastard, at least give me some food!
Just as despair was setting in, the sound of laughing children broke through the haze of misery. They ran past me, completely oblivious to my plight, kicking up dust and debris as they played their reckless games. One of the kids kicked a rusted metal bucket with careless abandon, and before I could react, it soared through the air and slammed into my head.
"Ouch! Fuck those kids!" I groaned, the pain radiating through my skull like a hammer blow. Just then, something peculiar tumbled from the bucket and rolled lazily to a stop beside me. It was a strange fruit, pitch-black and shaped oddly like a crown, adorned with intricate swirling patterns.
"Wait a second…" My eyes widened. "Is this some devil fruit? Like, straight out of One Piece? Nah, impossible." Despite my disbelief, my stomach growled painfully, urging me to eat. Anything was better than starving to death. Hesitantly, I grasped the fruit and brought it to my lips.
"Please don't be some kind of poisonous mushrooms, and if you are, please give me an easy death." I said talking to the ugly crown-looking fruit.
"Here goes nothing, please don't kill me" I muttered and took a large bite.
"Gaaahhhhh! What kind of toxic garbage is this?" I gagged, coughing violently as the revolting taste coated my tongue. "This tastes even worse than those disgusting hospital meds! Screw this, just let me die in peace!"
I can't believe that trash went down my throat, pause?
Suddenly, my vision flashed with strange symbols, my head spinning wildly. A mechanical voice echoed clearly inside my mind:
