The words slipped out from my mouth as the Wolf Legion breathing heavily while I'm literally beneath his fangs. The Wolf Legion has white snowy fur, red predator eyes, giant deadly claw and as big- no two times bigger than an fully matured adults elephant.
I can't even move an inch, my leg are shaking like crazy. Why the hell even there's such things to exist this world?
"DODGE TO LEFT!"
A loud yell from a woman, faraway around hundreds meter away. She yelled was so loud, yet I barely hear it.
The Wolf Legion attention turn to the woman, preparing a full blast at her. The Wolf opened her mouth widely creating an enormous amount of air that even created a purple blast out of her mouth. As if a dragon breathing out flame casually.
I immediately dodge to the left and looked at the woman, I can't see her clearly as the fog and smoke covered all over the area.
BWWOOOOSHHH BOOOOMMM!!
The blast from the Wolf was heared clearly and make my ear drum almost exploded. The aftermath were ridiculous, the ground area was destroyed accurately according the blast was thrown.
How's the woman?!
I heared nothing because of the explosion impact. But then suddenly I saw the silhouette of a person coming from the fog and immediately pulled my hands to run away from the Wolf as she was currently occupied with her own business.
The person immediately throw me away to the closest abandoned small house. Only for me to realised it was her. Thankfully.
"What were you thinking facing alone the Wolf?!" The woman harshly asked as she pulled my collar closer to her face.
I unintentionally gulped and scared seeing her sudden rage towards me.
She slapped me, again and again. "WAKE UP IDIOT!" The last time was hardest.
I was thrown away from her grip and leaned to the wall. My cheek felt burning and swelling.
"WAKE UP FAERIE!"

The name, Faerie lingering in my mind. Faerie, once. Faerie, twice. Faerie, thrice.
That's who I am.
"I am Faerie."
"What?..." The woman looked at me in terror and confused.
My mind instantly filled with mixed memories out of forgotten the past, the unknown present and a glimpse of the future.
"Why am I here? Where am I?"
"Faerie! Stop being such a freak now!"
Ah... The missions... I'm on the mission of escorting Rayyan Halfiey. To the Central Tower, to the World Center.
This place is the ruined urban city from hundreds years ago. People called it as The Ghost City. Why the hell it was called as The Ghost City?
This woman... Her dark brown eyes, dark short hair, taller than me, has beautiful model of body. Her pale skin and pink lips. I know her name... It was somekind that- Yan'er.

Judging from her skill and stamina, she's undoubtedly, stronger than me or any average soldier. This is a privilege of getting trained directly from Commander Lu Songshi. Right. I remembered it now.
I unintentionally narrowed my eyebrows and thinking rationally.
Hearing the Wolf roaring is endearing to my ear. Yes. I know it now. I know how to defeat her, to kill her.
"Yan'er. I have an idea."
"What's with this sudden?!"

She's surely impatient. Now that I remembered, I was kicked out from the Express. Daenysh was it? That damn stupid man. I'll deal with him later. I'm lucky that Mei Ling brave enough to try to catch me but end up fall over as well as Daenysh harassed her disgustingly. As we're currently an escorting mission, we still need to take down this matured Wolf Legion. Unbelievable to say, only the Rivera's has ever killed those Legion single-handedly. Captain Kyrie Rivera, Captain Shinshikan. Ah... I forgot the other one, nobody actually seen it but there's rumour saying Owl Clover has killed one by himself too.
The Wolf Legion suddenly bursting inside the house we currently resident inside, instead of feeling scared as when I slipped out the question of my own life. I had Yan'er to protect me, and I will help her out myself.

"FAERIE!!" Yan'er yelled out his name out of fear but she was even more surprised seeing the expression of him. Instead of looking scared and terrified, he was smirking and looking amused.
"Split apart Yan'er!"
"There's no way I can let her chase you Faerie!"
It's alright. Because I'll kill her.
However, things doesn't act like he wished so. The Wolf Legion didn't hunt for the weak one, they hunt against the strongest.
Thus, immediately letting out a big bite towards her. She was lucky to be able dodge it.
Fuck... I need to get her attention to me.
Yan'er immediately climb the window to the top floor, the Wolf immediately opened her claws and scratch the wall into dust. Making the house turn unstable, Yan'er immediately run to the rooftop avoiding contact. The Wolf Legion are not a stupid creature, they have wild and pure instinct like humanwise. She immediately bite off Yan'er as she bursting out from the beneath of the rooftop. Yan'er couldn't have anyway to dodge. She need to sacrifice one of her leg to dodge it immediately.
But not in my watch.
"Stupid DOG!" I penetrate the Wolf butthole with a rusty metal.
Making the Wolf groaning in pain and falling down miserably. I immediately took the chance to stab her eyes with pierced plank with sharp point.
However the Wolf is considered as a Legion for a reason. Her own roar can shake the whole area to crumble. The house instantly destroyed by her own roar.
I was pushed away by the impact of her loud roar. It's even almost explode my eardrum. Again.
The Wolf Legion is currently in bad shape, she couldn't regenerate because she can't focused, besides that metal rusty rod is still intact.
"Faerie! Let's run away now!"
Yan'er pulled his hands to run as they know they had the chance to do so. But he couldn't. More like, he refused to. She saw it as a chance to run, but he saw it an opportunity to kill the Wolf.
"Faerie?"
He standing like a statue, looking down at the miserable looking of the Wolf.
"Hey Faerie! Let's run now!"

The Wolf standing slowly as look at both of them. The Wolf make terrifying eye contact with Faerie. But he remain unfazed. What makes him to do so? Why is he so passionate?
The answer is simple: Ego.
He won't let go of what makes him scared the most. If he said so, he will do so. That's what make him the worth a warrior. Despite his small, weak and fragile body. He used his intelligence, exploiting any loophole for creating a path for him to walk.
"Yan'er."
Her name was mentioned by him, making her startled abit. She was terrified by him most, more than the Legion.
"I will kill her."
Yan'er was expecting this. She know this would happened. That's why he was found fighting against this Legion in the first place.
She sighed and lose out her tense, looking sternly at the Wolf Legion. She pull out her knife and aiming it at the Wolf Legion.
"If that's what you wished for."
GROOOOOAAAAARRRRR!!!!
The Wolf immediately roaring and scratching both of them, but they evade it by both sides. Faerie throw a stone at the Wolf eyes accurately. Distracted opportunities was immediately taken, Yan'er didn't hesitate to jump at the Wolf Legion and stab her knife at the Wolf eyes.
"I couldn't believe it. I make a Legion bleed!"
Yan'er felt adrenaline rushed inside her as she make the Wolf bleeding.
The Wolf roaring again, and immediately bursting out from the house. Trying to escape them. Faerie smirked, he tag the Wolf tail and make him pulled by the Wolf escaping.
"Faerie!"
Yan'er yelled out my name as I was dragged out of the house, she immediately jump at me and pull my body as she wrapped herself with my body.
Unfortunately, the Wolf is still physically strong as she effortlessly dragged both of us outside. She swing her tail to make us threw away.
But I have a better idea. They swing us, I kicked the metal rod even deeper.
The Wolf immediately groaned in pain and fall miserably. All of her aura immediately vanished against the great Faerie.
"I can't believe it... We both defeated a Legion!"
"Yeah... Neither I do. But it's believable now."
The Wolf still alive, but barely. Even though Faerie has that psychopath traits, he still has sympathetic for dying.
"Kill her, we can't let her suffering in pain." He said as he looked abit more softer.
"Uh... Right..."

Yan'er killed the Wolf Legion by stabbing her brain and core. It's what they made from. We both couldn't call for any help. We had to stay for the night with the dead wolf.
Growwll..
Damn... Is that too loud? Im embarrassed but not too embarrassed because im with Yan'er. We both have seen each other naked. We're practically a married couple.
"Here. I've found rabbits around the forest. It was far, luckily I had vision."
"Uhm... How am I even supposed to eat a raw meat?"
She blushed embarrassingly and he face palmed in disbelief.
Afterwards, he had to endured his hunger for hours waiting for the meat getting smoked.
"Ahh... That's hit the spots."
"So how are we going to go back to the Express?"
"Don't worry, you're Mei Ling younger sister. She will make Commander Lu Songshi look for you."
Suddenly the sound of chopper can be heard from the night sky.
"Damn, that's too fast."
