The mission alert arrived in the middle of the night.
"Electromagnetic interference detected.
Source: bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.
Approximate coordinates: 31° N, 40° W.
Year: 9800 B.C."
Kael didn't hesitate.
He donned his temporal pressure suit and entered the core chamber.
This mission wasn't just unusual.
It came from a pre-cataclysmic era.
An era that, officially… didn't exist.

The transit was swift.
But the arrival—unnaturally silent.
He emerged inside a submerged chamber, built of black stone and unknown metals.
It was dry.
Untouched by time.
At the center, a pillar covered in circular inscriptions.
Above it, a blue light rotated with hypnotic slowness.
Kael stepped closer.
As soon as he touched the surface of the pillar, a voice echoed in his mind:
— You are the bridge.
But the bridge can also break.
Are you ready to cross the waters that forget?
Kael took a deep breath.
He knew that in this lost place,
he might uncover fragments of a forgotten civilization… or of himself.
