I became perplexed at the rapid events unfolding and my head began throbbing profusely. The world around me began shaking violently. My chest becoming gradually heavier with breath.
Aido trudged towards me, speaking with animosity. "A Gevagen who desires his life. So you truly are a new one. Listen, I'd rather let you die here than have you hike the absurd 'Journey' Oorlog grants."
Aido took on a stance. His leg stepping behind him, and his sword by his head, the blade aiming at me. Immense surges of aura began pushing forceful winds through the air. All my attempts to make a move failed. Not even the strong winds were able to move my body.
"Aido, that's enough." A soft, sophisticated voice caused Aido to falter.
"Ugh, I can't any enjoyment with you here!"
Messages rang out as the blonde man lowered Aido's blade.
[Conflict has been interrupted!]

The blonde man stared with astonished blue eyes. He began trudging towards me, and Aido began sheathing his huge katana. The blonde man grabbed my chin and spoke in a resolute voice.
"I'm Xīnshèng, leader of the Kaisheng province."
"I don't care about any of this! Just tell me what the hell is going—!"
Xīnshèng took on a sly grin. His radiant blue eyes pierced through my heart, causing me to go silent. He let go of my chin and turned his back, displaying designs of snowy mountains on his bright blue kimono. I hastily arose to approach him.
"Fufu, why such violent steps? Apologies for the Drowned Wave's actions, however I hold no intent on eliminating you."
Xīnshèng looked back at me as he and Aido faded away in the ice created from the wave of Xinsheng's kimono.
"We will meet again as enemies, Gevagen. That's if you survive, of course."
After they vanished into the shards of ice, I began recollecting all my thoughts. All the foreign words they used, the person they were searching for, provinces. These mysteries were left unanswered. How could I acquire knowledge of this, and who were those guy?

And with that, more questions began to arise as I'm flooded with messages.

Info: Travel to the center of the Honokaido province safely. A tracker for distance will be provided to Gevagens.

Looks like I'll have to stop asking questions and figure things out myself.

'Universes' are special weapons owned by specific people. That's my guess at least. What peaked by curiosity the most were the abilities, and so I opened them up.

Sounds badass! I guess the other skill is also self explanatory. The ability to counter attacks and see weak spots would be killer if I'm able to master them to their peak. With that kind of power, anyone would be unstoppable. Would it be strong enough to beat that Aido guy?

The sudden objective was now guiding me to its destination. I should probably get going and keep my guard up along the way. If I enter Conflict then I'd definitely be safer now.
Exiting the abandoned building, a new was bestowed upon me. Light reflected off the tall infrastructure surrounding the province, the air was now fresh, the sun could be seen through gleeful skies.
How could this have happened all of the sudden? Though it was somewhat suspicious, I took a minute to enjoy this peace sight as I begun this so-called Journey.

Once I made my arrival at the center of Honokaido, I was greeted by someone in the distance who stood outside the crowd of people.
"Welcome, Gevagen!" They used both of their small hands to shake mine with a cheery expression. "Call me Alexei Chernov! I'm one of the newer Gevagens around here."
This person really does contrast from the two I met earlier don't they?
"My name is Kairon Shunya."
"Kairon is such an awesome name! Where are you from? I've never heard of a name like that!"
"France."
"You're French with a name like that?! That's like, totally unheard of! You're so cool, Iron!"
"I-Iron?"
Me and them end up bantering over names and nationalities for a while. Turns out Alexei was a math teacher in Russia, but has no further memory than that. They were also allured by my disheveled red hair.
"Having brown hair is so lame!"
The mood gradually shifted with their outgoing personality. Though I was slightly annoyed, I couldn't help but smile. This was exactly the thing I'd been searching for earlier today. That feeling of bliss was temporary, however.
