As they followed Shinro quietly through the winding streets of the Shadow Realm, Takahishi's mind was abuzz with questions. The Grim hunter stuff was all new to them, and he couldn't help but feel like he was drowning in a sea of unknowns.
Crinix, sensing his friend's unease, turned to Shinro with a curious expression. "Shinro, who was that old man back there? How did he manage to stop everything from moving?"
Shinro's face broke into a warm smile. "That was the Grand Reaper, Hirohito Yashimoto , the head of the Shadow Realm and the most respected person in our world. He gained the title Grand Reaper after battling and defeating the Grim Lord Zeigan 100 years ago."
Crinix's eyes widened in shock. "That old man is 100 years old? !"
Shina chuckled, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "He is more than 100 years ."
Takahishi's curiosity was piqued. "So, what is the Grand Reaper's power?" he asked, his eyes locked on Shinro.
Shinro cleared his throat, his expression turning serious. "The Grand Reaper's power is unlike anything else in our world. He has the ability to manipulate time itself – to stop it, bend it, and control it. That's how he froze everything in place back there."
Crinix's eyes lit up with understanding. "So, that's how the old man stopped everything from moving. He had stopped time."
Takahishi's mind was reeling. "Where does this divine power come from?" he asked, his voice filled with wonder.
Shinro's expression turned solemn. "All Grim hunters have different powers, passed down to us from the divine beings who forged and turned their bodies into this weapons" Shinro said pulling out his sword front his sheath to show theme and then placed it back.
"These divine beings chose warriors to fight against the Grims, and those warriors became known as Grim hunters."
Takahishi's eyes widened in awe. "Wait, divine beings exist too? This stuff keeps getting weirder!"
Shinro nodded, his face serious. "Yes, divine beings used to exist, but they all vanished and went extinct after turning their bodies into these weapons."
As Shinro spoke, he drew his sword from his back, holding it up for Crinix and Takahishi to see. "You see, inside every Grim hunter's sword is a divine being, imbuing us with their power."
Takahishi's eyes sparkled with amusement. "Huh, so inside your sword, there's a divine being? That's crazy!"
Shinro's face darkened, his eyes flashing with annoyance. "I think," he muttered, his voice low and menacing.
Takahishi burst out laughing, his eyes shining with mirth. "Huh, you think?!"
Shinro's face turned red with anger, his eyes blazing with fury. "Shut up and let's get going!" he exclaimed, his voice echoing through the streets.
