Chapter 2 - Chapter 2; HYSTERIA ACADEMY

Vibe's eyes sparkled as she clutched her parents' hands, her gaze drinking in the wonders of Hysteria Academy. The school's sprawling campus, with its futuristic architecture and lush gardens, seemed to stretch on forever. As they walked, the soft hum of levitation platforms and the chatter of students created a lively background melody.

The Principal's office, located in the heart of the campus, was a cozy, wood-paneled room filled with the scent of old books. Principal Orion, a shape-shifter with an affable smile, greeted Vibe's parents warmly.

"Mr. and Mrs. Hase, welcome! Please, have a seat." He gestured to the plush chairs in front of his desk.

Hase handed the Principal a small, crystal orb containing Vibe's personal profile. The orb dissolved into a holographic display, projecting Vibe's data into the air.

"Ah, I see," Principal Orion said, his eyes scanning the hologram. "Vibe possesses the ability to manipulate sound waves and react with incredible speed – as fast as sound itself. And, if I'm not mistaken, she also has a talent for music?"

Hase nodded, a proud smile on his face. "Yes, Principal Orion. Vibe's musical abilities are quite remarkable. She's been playing the Lyra since she was two, and her compositions are…well, you'll see."

Principal Orion's eyes lit up with interest. "I'm looking forward to it, Mr. Hase. Vibe's unique abilities and talents will undoubtedly make her a valuable addition to our student body."

As the Principal continued to review Vibe's profile, the young girl herself was busy exploring the office. Her eyes widened as she discovered a collection of rare, glowing instruments on a nearby shelf. She reached out a hand, her fingers twitching with excitement…

"Vibe, dear, don't touch those," her mother, Kimberly, cautioned, smiling. "They're very fragile."

But Vibe's attention was already elsewhere, her gaze fixed on a strange, crystal-like object on the Principal's desk. It pulsed with a soft, blue light, emitting a gentle hum that seemed to resonate deep within her chest…

"Principal Orion, what's that?" Vibe asked, her voice filled with wonder.

The Principal's smile faltered for a moment, and he exchanged a knowing glance with Hase. "Ah, that's just a little something we're working on, Vibe. Nothing to worry about."

But Vibe's curiosity was piqued. She felt an inexplicable connection to the crystal object, as if it held secrets and stories that only she could hear…
