✵ EARTH-PRIME
The very earth on which we all live, although particularly losing conformity in terms of technological advancements, as its time is considered to be set in a much later time than the one we're currently labouring under.
[I'd rather not specify the particular time(line) on which Earth-Prime is set to decrease the occurrence of mild discrepancies in the story's plot...
If that makes sense...]

✵ EARTH-LAHAR
Lahar, which would be known later in the story to be called Earth-lahar, is... Well... to avoid disclosing a major spoiler, I'd vaguely describe Earth-Lahar as a Multi-Universal variant of Earth-Prime, which is under the rulership of an entity called "The Dark Matter".
✵ THE DARK MATTER
As mentioned above, Earth-Lahar is ruled by an entity called the Dark Matter. Now, despite being classified as an entity, the Dark Matter is neither a man, spirit, nor god.
It's basically a universal energy—on and by which everything on Earth-Lahar is built upon and powered by, respectively.
For better understanding, I would further describe it to be a Nebulous entity capable of assuming any shape, form, or size. And as such, makes ascertaining its particular appearance at any given moment in time—especially difficult.
The Dark Matter is basically like "mana" except more versatile and more practically accessible.
✵ THE INCURSION
This concept is particularly easy, actually.
It merely depicts or marks the time of the Human extinction. And also the time during which humans were forcefully induced with Dark Matter after passing through a singularity.
✵ PRIMAL CORE CONSTITUTION
Proceeding "The Incursion" was a set of... life-changing incidents, which led to the birth of the most essential aspect of literally everything in the world:
Primal core constitution, which is the absolute measure of one's susceptibility to the dark matter inducement.
This particularly explains if one's body wholly or partially assimilated the dark matter during the incursion.
As a result of this phenomenon gave rise to three possible constitutions attainable by an individual.
Which are:
➤ BAULKS
Are referred to those whose will and bodies could fully withstand or resist the Dark Matter inducement—during the incursion.
But although this set of individuals may possess a primal core, it's generally considered to be dormant and bereft of any energy.
And as such, they are incapable of performing supernatural feats like casting spells... and their other likes.
➤ WANDERERS
These groups of people are referred to as those who partially assimilated the Dark Matter during the incursion. As a result of this, the energies possessed by the Wanderers are vastly more efficient than that which the Baulks possess, but at the same time, remotely correspondent to the amount of energy possessed by the Mutants.
➤ MUTANTS
Are referred to those whose bodies could completely assimilate the Dark Matter during the incursion.
Mutants stand at the peak with more expendable energy than any of the mentioned primal constitutional variants.

After one must have successfully formed a primal core, their strengths and weaknesses would be classified under a conventional power hierarchy.
➤ Abeyant
➤ Guardian
➤ Ascendant
➤ Archon
➤ Exarch
➤ Eternal
Note that these are the most fundamental makeup of the grading system.
But in addition to these fundamental attributes, there are a set of sub levels that furtherly narrows down the capabilities of a particular individual.
➤ Basic
➤ Elite
➤ Special Elite
➤ Rare Elite
➤ Mythical
➤ Archaic
So basically, an individual starts off with the Basic Abeyant grade, then they would graduate to the Elite Abeyant grade, and so on.
Then, as soon as they enter the Guardian hierarchy, the cycle continues: Basic Guardian, Elite Guardian, Special Elite Guardian, and so on.
The same goes for the other level in the whole hierarchy.
