I was ready to leave.
Finally. After a long internal battle, I gathered my courage, packed my things, and convinced myself that social life was necessary... even if my life was filled with a crazy cat who thought I was her personal king.
But Misa?
Misa was watching me... with the eyes of a lurking cat, half of her body hiding behind the couch, her tail swaying slowly like cats do before attacking.
I didn't notice her.
And that was my first mistake.
As soon as I opened the door...
I heard a light scurry, then — thud!
Something heavy collided with my back, knocking me to the ground in a catastrophic and humiliating way.
"Where do you think you're going, my master?"
She asked me in a tone full of innocent threat.
"Misa! I'm just... going to the supermarket! I'll be back in a few..."
I didn't finish.
She had sat on top of me — completely — pressing me to the floor with all her slight weight, her face right in front of mine.
She was only wearing my long shirt, her tail twisting behind her in a provocative way that suited a little devil.
"The supermarket?"
She said the word as if I had said, "I'm going to sell my soul to the devil."
Then she leaned in closer.
She touched the tip of her nose to mine.
Licked the side of my cheek slowly, disturbingly for my mental peace.
"Everything you need is here..."
She whispered before trailing her tail over my chest in a brazenly disrespectful manner.
"Misa... I just need some food... humans need to eat!"
I protested desperately.
She smiled a wicked smile.
Then suddenly, she pounced on me again, this time with a small bite on my neck.
"I'm your food."
She said with all the possible audacity.
(Status report: Melting myself - 99%. Losing control - imminent.)
"Misa... please... five more minutes, I'll go and come back!"
I screamed.
She slowly shook her head.
Then she pulled my shirt down a little, revealing soft thighs that showed no mercy for any possible resistance.
"Either you stay here..."
She licked her lips slowly.
"... Or I'll have to show you just how much you really need me."
I didn't know exactly what she meant.
And I wasn't sure I wanted to know.
All I knew...
Was that after ten minutes, I found myself lying on the floor, half-dead from emotional exhaustion, hungrier than I'd ever been — not for regular food, but for something entirely different...
Misa - 1
Kyle - 0
Total victory: to the cat.
