"WHAT DO YOU MEAN SHE DECLARED SEOUL AS HERS?!" General Dok said slamming his fist on the table in rage.
"I don't understand how you want me to explain further, that MONSTER, declared our capital as her own. What are we supposed to do? She killed all of our S-Ranks will ease! She murdered an A-rank in an instant, not to mention she said she would annihilate our entire country if we tried her!" An A-rank hunter, Kang Suk, exclaimed desperately. The room was silent for a brief moment until the president spoke.
"Perhaps we could contact Japan, China, and America. With the help of their additional S-rank hunters and perhaps even a Nation-level hunter, we could take her down." President Yoon said.
"Sir, as amazing as that sounds, I seriously doubt they will lend a helping hand. The fact she took on 7 S-ranks by herself is enough reason not to. We are all alone here…" Secretary of Logistics Kwon Si-Yeon said solemnly. Silence once again drowned the meeting, despair weighing heavy on their minds.

Lilith scrolled through her inventory and saw the incredible amount of souls she had.
"Two million human souls. A number I've never seen before except for today." She said as she then took a glance at her legacy quest.
"Hey system, why hasn't this been completed yet? I took over, didn't I?"
[Yes, but in name only. There are no structures or monuments to indicate a complete takeover.]
"Tch, how specific." Lilith sighed and levitated high above Seoul. A purple aura enshrouded her body as she used [Umbrakinesis].
She created a large ball of darkness in her hand and shaped it into a throne. She then used the existing shadows on the ground to create the foundation for a castle. With that foundation made, she made the castle from the ground up.

"Creating a building out of thin air is tiring!" Lilith sighed and floated back down to the ground, landing in front of her castle. Her castle was similar to a medieval castle only it was black and emitted an ominous aura.

"Amazing! Equip everything that's equippable please," Lilith said with a bright smile. Soon, a black crown that looked like space and a necklace with a green crystallized heart appeared on her. She then made her [Leviathan Egg] appear.
A large scaly egg appeared in her lap.
"Hmmm, I think a pet would be nice!" Lilith exclaimed as she created a little bed of shadows for her egg, "I don't really know what you need to survive, so I hope you don't die."
Lilith then summoned her ton of Eighth metal. A chunk of golden metal appeared in her hands and despite its weight, she was carrying it with ease.
"I look forward to using this, although I have no knowledge of how to forge any weapon." Lilith returned the metal to her inventory and pulled out the vial of blood.
Once it came out of her inventory, a powerful aura washed over her, and the silhouette of a dragon appeared for a moment.
"Oh wow, scary…" Lilith said unamused. She returned the vial to her inventory and brought out the five S-rank souls. She glanced at them and then at her new skill [Shadow Forge]
[Shadow Forge: Turn souls into items or stronger minions, the strength and quantity of the souls determine the strength of the item or minion.]
"Shadow, come forth." Lilith ordered and Shadow rose out of a pentagram kneeling.
"How may I assist you, Your Highness?" He asked. Lilith didn't answer and brought one of the S-rank souls near him.
"[Shadow Forge]." A gigantic black magic circle covered the floor. Shadow and the soul were sucked in with crackles of red electricity.
Suddenly, the same magic circle appeared and Shadow rose out of it again. Only this time, he looked nothing like Sung Jinwoo. His hair was still white only longer, his eyes turned green, and he was wearing a shadowy red and black trench coat with a cloak of the same color. The top of the cloak covered his mouth.

"Wow, you leveled up quite a bit. Begone." Lilith dismissed Shadow and brought out her 8th metal. She superheated her hand with UFM and sliced off a chunk.
She then bit her finger and levitated her blood while also bringing out the [Blood of the Demon Dragon] and [Soul of the Shadow Monarch]. She then brought out her cursed iron sword and brought the items together.
"[Shadow Forge]." The items disappeared with a crackle of electricity and a few minutes later a sword rose out of the ground. The blade was made out of pure darkness, so dark it absorbed whatever light touched it. It was wide, making it a greatsword, and it oozed an aura of death.
[Soul Blade of the Dark Empress (S?): A blade forged by the Empress of Darkness and may only be wielded by her. Those who attempt to touch this blade will be cursed for however long they live.

Lilith opened her hand and the blade flew right into it, "An S with a question mark? What does that mean?"

"That's a first. You're smartass usually knows everything!" Lilith laughed and placed the greatsword in her inventory. She looked at all of the souls she had within her inventory and smiled.
"Now we feast!" Lilith began devouring all 2 million souls and six other special souls she had. Within an hour, all of them were gone.

Lilith immediately sat up, "What are National Level Hunters?"
[They are essentially hunters who exceed the limits of an S-rank and their strength rivals the military power of an entire country. Not to mention, Monarchs and Rulers, although they may actually pose a challenge to you.]
"Hell yeah! Let's go fight some strong people!" Lilith jumped out of her throne with a bright smile.

"Alright!!" Lilith celebrated before she realized something.
"I don't even know where these guys live…hmmmmmmmm," Lilith put her hand on her chin in thought before a lightbulb appeared, "I'll ask the government!"
Lilith closed her eyes as her awareness spread across South Korea. She felt a strong mana signature underground and smiled, "Maybe I found them."
Using [Umbrakinesis], Lilith sank into the shadows of her castle and rose up out of the A-ranker's shadow.
"HOW DID SHE FIND US?!" General Dok yelled as he pulled his gun out. Lilith rolled her eyes, "I'm not here to make demands or kill anyone, I just want some information."
"What makes you think we'll just listen to you?" Kwon Yi-Seon said trying to hide the fear in her tone.
Lilith tilted her head, "Because I could kill all of you faster than you can blink? I think that's a pretty motivating factor don't you think?" Lilith leaked some of her aura out, making the entire room cold.
"W-What do you wanna know?" President Yoon asked shaking.
"I want the locations and names of each National Level Hunter." Lilith asked shocking the entire room.
'There's no way! She can't possibly believe she can take on one of those monsters!" Hunter Kang thought in shock.
"How cocky are you monster?! You-" General Dok didn't finish his sentence because his head was removed from his body.
"Annoying pest. Now, give me the information I want, I'm tired of being nice." Lilith picked the President up by his neck. He nodded quickly and Lilith smiled, "Thanks!"

[New York City, USA]
Lilith floated high above NYC, scanning the city for her target, Christopher Reed.
"Found you! And if you're as strong as everyone claims, you've sensed me as well." Lilith smiled savagely. She dived straight down and ripped through the roof of his penthouse. He dodged her dive and frowned.
"Who the hell are you?!" He yelled but his question was quickly answered as the dust cleared.
"Hello Christopher Reed." Lilith smiled and waved, but Christopher was still frowning.
"You're that monster that destroyed Seoul and killed all of Korea's S-ranks. I assure you, this battle won't have the same outcome." Reed said as his eyes began glowing blue.
"I have a name ya'know. Maybe you'll learn it before you die."
The two powerhouses stood across from each other flaring their immense strength.
