Yuna was in a full boardroom meeting. Important clients. Suits. PowerPoint slides. A schedule tighter than Rin's jeans on tour.
Everything was moving smoothly—until the double doors opened with a dramatic BANG.
Heads turned. A few gasped.
And in walked Kang Rin Kiyama.
Wearing sunglasses.
Holding an iced coffee.
And a stuffed Pikachu.
"CEO Saeki," he said in a voice smooth as silk, "I brought emotional support."
Yuna didn't even blink.
"You have five seconds to leave."
"Too late. I already emotionally attached myself to this space."
The clients whispered. Minji was choking in the corner. Taejoon, somehow here, leaned against the back wall like he'd been summoned by chaos itself.
"This is a closed meeting," Yuna said flatly.
"Yeah, but emotionally, I feel very open to collaboration."
Later — Yuna's Office
She was signing documents. He was lying upside down on her couch, holding the Pikachu over his face and doing different voices.
"Rin."
"Hm?"
"Why did you really come?"
He sat up slowly, dropping the plush toy, and tilted his head.
"Because I missed you."
Yuna raised an eyebrow.
"We saw each other yesterday."
"And yet here I am. Tragic."
She went back to her papers.
"You're not even embarrassed about the stunt you pulled?"
"I was hot. I gave that meeting life. They'll remember it forever."
"They'll remember the moment I kicked you out if you don't leave in the next—"
Rin walked over.
Knelt next to her chair.
Placed his head in her lap.
Dead. Center.
"Don't kick me. Just… let me stay five minutes."
Yuna froze. Her pen hovered above the paper.
He tilted his face up, sleepy eyes blinking at her.
"Noona."
"...What."
"Tell me I'm a good boy."
Her jaw dropped a little. Just a little.
"What?"
"Come on. I was brave today."
"You were annoying."
"Same thing."
Taejoon, outside the glass window, took a photo through the blinds and sent it to the group chat with one caption:
"HIS HEAD IS IN HER LAP. I REPEAT. THIS IS NOT A DRILL."
