Imprisoned in the Dark Realm (Skotenio), the cosmic twins of Indigo and Scarlet, Charteuse and Silver are freed from their bindings to the Dark Realm by a man from the planet Zauberei, claiming to be a servant of their parents sent to help them embark on an adventure to get their revenge.

This story introduces the cosmic shapeshifting twins, Chartreuse and Silver, and their sister Violet. Their parents, Indigo and Scarlet are powerful and revered entities introduced and mentioned in previous issues and their parents are also very relevant in issue 4. Chartreuse and Silver are later involved in the conflict in Issue 7.
