Although the duo pseudo-Great Ball Rasengan hadn't directly defeated him, it was clear he wasn't in good shape. His already dark skin now looked as if it had been scorched, taking on an unnatural charcoal hue.

If akira were to assess it, that move should have been at a B-level in terms of power. Under normal circumstances, even if the hip-hop man had survived, he shouldn't have been able to stand. akira glanced sideways at the bespectacled man.
Even though he had been sitting cross-legged on the ground without moving, he was drenched in sweat and pale as a sheet. akira pondered silently. It was highly likely that the bespectacled man had transferred a large amount of Nen to the hip-hop guy at critical moment.
This had offset some of the damage, allowing the hip-hop man to continue fighting.
