Cherreads

Chapter 1 - one piece ch 1

"Ha ha ha ha ha… Who would've thought the infamous Crimson Fang would fall by my hands?"

I could barely hear him over the ringing in my ears. Blood filled my mouth. My vision swam. But I still understood the words.

I should've known this was how I'd go out. In this world, strength ruled—and I'd spent years clawing my way to the top of the food chain. Sooner or later, something stronger was bound to rip me off it.

Fifteen years ago, I was just some guy in another world. Average life. Boring job. One bad day, and I woke up in this universe—in the body of a baby in the world of One Piece.

No heroic entrance. No noble bloodline. Just another unwanted kid dumped into a hellhole.

My mother was a prostitute. I never learned her name. She never tried to give me one. She fed me when she remembered to, beat me when she was drunk, and ignored me the rest of the time. She wasn't evil. Just numb. I was baggage from a customer she couldn't even name.

So I gave myself a name. Made myself into something.

I knew what this world was from the start. Pirates. Marines. Monsters walking in human skin. I couldn't afford to be soft.

By the time I was ten, I had already killed for the first time. Not out of malice—out of survival. The bounty hunter who tried to sell me off didn't expect a kid with a broken dagger to fight back. He died choking on his own blood.

That was the start.

I became a bounty hunter myself. Small jobs at first. Then bigger ones. By twelve, I was feared. By fifteen, I was infamous.

Crimson Fang. That's what they called me. Because of the way I bit back—and because of the blood-red hair that marked me in every fight.

But none of that mattered now.

I was on the ground, face-down in the mud, body screaming with pain. My vision pulsed red. The air stank of blood and gunpowder. Laughter echoed around me—dozens of pirates, all laughing at the once-feared hunter now broken at their captain's feet.

The mission had seemed routine. Track down a pirate with a 35 million bounty. Nothing I hadn't handled before.

But fate—no, this cursed world—had other plans.

He wasn't just a pirate. Somewhere along the line, he'd eaten a mythical Zoan fruit. Now he was a 26-foot beast—half-man, half-hound—with jagged claws, glowing yellow eyes, and the power to spit hurricane-force winds.

"You've got talent, Crimson Fang. Join my crew—we'll conquer the seas together!"

"All hail Captain George!"

"No one can stop us now!"

I spat blood and glared up at him through swollen eyes. "Join you? I'd rather drown in dog piss, mutt-face."

The laughter died instantly.

"What did you say?" his voice rumbled like distant thunder.

He stalked toward me. His shadow swallowed mine. Then he crouched, his massive hand grabbing my left arm.

I tried to resist. My body didn't respond. My muscles were screaming. I was already broken.

His claws dug in. Flesh split. The pain was instant—pure fire lancing through every nerve ending.

CRACK.

My shoulder dislocated with a brutal snap. I screamed.

But he wasn't finished.

"You'll pay for your arrogance."

His other foot slammed down on my chest, pinning me like an insect. I felt my ribs groan under the pressure. Couldn't breathe. Couldn't move.

Then—he pulled.

RIIIIIP.

The sound of my arm being torn from its socket was louder than anything I'd ever heard. Bone cracked. Flesh tore. My scream ripped from my throat, high and broken and full of everything I'd tried to suppress my whole life—fear, anger, regret.

Blood sprayed across the dirt in thick arcs. My world turned white.

"AAAHHHHHHH!"

I screamed until my voice gave out. My left arm was gone. Just… gone.

He tossed it aside like garbage.

"That's what you get for disrespecting the Captain."

Tears blurred my vision—not from weakness, but from rage. I'd survived everything this world had thrown at me. And now I was going to die here. Like this.

Damn whoever sent me to this world…

[Ding. Summoning System Awakening…]

What?

The sound was mechanical. Cold. Familiar.

[Would you like to use your Summoning Card?]

The system. The cheat every isekai protagonist dreams about. I had it too—but it had been dormant for fifteen years. I'd almost forgotten it was even real.

But now…?

"YES!"

No hesitation. I was already dying. If this was my last card—I'd play it.

[Using Summoning Card…]

"Too late to beg, Crimson Fang!"

"NOW DIE!"

He lunged at me, fangs open wide, aimed for my throat. There was nowhere to go. No strength left in my limbs. I closed my eyes.

[Summoning Complete.]

[Congratulations, Master. You have summoned 2 characters.]

BOOM!

An explosion of force slammed into the giant. His momentum stopped mid-air. The pressure vanished from my chest. I gasped for breath like a drowning man.

I looked up.

A woman stood before me, framed by smoke and wind. Blonde hair whipped in the air. Her presence radiated fury and strength.

I knew that face.

Tsunade.

From Naruto. The Fifth Hokage. The strongest medical ninja in history. And she was real. Standing in front of me. Glaring down the monster that had destroyed me.

She didn't speak at first. Just stared him down like he was an insect.

Then she turned her head, just slightly.

"You hurt my master."

Her voice was calm, but each word hit like thunder.

Her chakra exploded around her like a storm.

"You'll regret that."

She took one step forward. The ground cracked beneath her feet.

"KILL THEM ALL."
