Chapter 1 - Chapter 1;

The love of a mother they say is the strongest love of all. My mother was a softearted, beautiful and bold woman, she loved me to the moon and back, and so did I, which is why I cried to the point of suicide when I received the new that she was no more.

Long before my mother died, she gave me a piece of paper with an address, and a number, she told me to go there when I was in desperate need of help. As a 16 year old orphan, I had no other place to go apart from the place in the paper that my mom gave me.

I packed up my things with a shattered heart and boarded a bus, going to the location written on the paper, the house was extremely far, taking atleast five exasperating hours to get there. When I arrived, I was amazed by the sight before me. It was an old house, covered in cobwebs , It looked like it was from the victorian era, It was dull white with a hint of blue.The roof was steeply pitched, possibly adorned with decorative gables and perhaps even a small turret, The windows were numerous and large.

I knocked on the door, but no one answered. I figured the door was opened, so I let myself in,as I gently opened the door, I was marveled at the sight I saw, it was like a whole other universe. The air was cooler on the inside and scented like beeswax polish, it had an entrance hall with a very high ceiling, the walls were covered in ornaments, and there was a grand staircase, which could be about 4 times bigger than my house . I went up the staircase and then began to tour the house, and I was shocked at how many rooms there were.

I got distracted by and extremely beautiful portrait of a handsome young man, possibly a prince which I could tell because of the crown on his head, he had blue eyes which seemed lustful to look at, the portrait was engraved with the name Luci, what a stupid name I thought to myself. As my gaze shifted from the portrait, I decided to explore all the rooms.

But there was this one room that drew my attention, It had that same name Luci engraved on it, could this have been his home I thought to myself. As I took a step forward to open the door, with a sudden surge of fear , a voice stopped me....
