However, now that he thought about it for a second, it made sense for him to get the gray orb since he killed the level 24 Goblin Captain as a mere level 4, which should've been almost impossible for anyone else to do too.
He then immediately crushed the gray orb, revealing five gray cards with intricate patterns in front of him.
Without thinking about it, he instantly chose the [Weapon] option, as he wanted to get additional stats while he was at it.
Looking at the few options before him, he decided to choose a pair of gauntlets, mainly because he wanted the strength boost stats from it.

However, he couldn't care less as he continued his slaughter while thinking about what he would do since he wanted to kill the three goblin captains as fast as possible.
Because Kai's speed in killing the goblin was really fast, the moment the three goblin captains reacted by charging towards him, Kai had already done his killing spree and immediately used his [Resurrection of the Dead] skill at the scattered low-level goblins.
He then proceeded with executing his plan by distancing himself with his new undead goblin legion, backing off quite a bit, and positioning himself around 10 meters away from the dead Goblin Captain.
The three goblins had similar builds except that each of them wielded different weapons.

Looking at the Goblin Captains' stats that were quite similar to the one he had just killed, Kai sighed in relief as he thought that there might be a really strong goblin captain among them who had higher stats compared to the normal ones.
Because the one he had just killed could be said to be the average goblin captain who had reached level 24.
If it were a really strong one, or let's say, an elite goblin captain who could fight those above his levels and had higher stats, Kai might have really struggled to kill it since there were also different levels between monsters.
For example, like what he did when he killed higher-level goblins, he received random stats and even an orb.
