Special Chapter: Heated Encounter (Non-Canon)
The moon hung high in the night sky, casting a silver glow over the campsite. The fire crackled softly, the flames dancing as Kazuki sat alone, leaning against a tree. The events of the day had left him exhausted, and yet sleep eluded him.
"Can't sleep?" a familiar voice purred.
Kazuki looked up to see Tara approaching, a playful smirk on her lips. She moved with a cat-like grace, her hips swaying as she drew closer. Her leather armor clung to her curves, and her eyes glistened mischievously in the firelight.
"Mind some company?" she asked, sliding down beside him.
Kazuki swallowed, his throat suddenly dry. "Uh, sure."
Tara leaned back, her shoulder brushing against his. "You were pretty impressive today, you know. Taking down that bear like that."
"I just did what I had to," Kazuki said, trying to keep his gaze fixed on the fire. But Tara's scent, warm and sweet, was making it hard to concentrate.
"Oh, come on," Tara whispered, leaning in closer. "Don't be so modest. You're stronger than you think."
Kazuki felt his heart pound as her breath tickled his ear. "T-Tara..."
She chuckled softly, her fingers trailing down his arm. "You know, you're kinda cute when you're flustered."
Kazuki's cheeks burned, and before he could respond, Tara swung one leg over him, straddling his lap. Her eyes glimmered, and a wicked grin spread across her lips.
"What... what are you doing?" Kazuki stammered, his hands frozen at his sides.
"Relax," Tara said, leaning down so her face was inches from his. "I just wanted to thank you... personally."
Her lips hovered over his, and Kazuki could feel her breath, warm and tantalizing. His pulse raced, every nerve tingling as Tara's fingers slid up his chest, her hips pressing down against him.
"You don't mind, do you?" she whispered, her lips barely grazing his.
Kazuki's mind went blank, his hands trembling as they moved to her waist. "I... I don't..."
Before he could finish, Tara's lips claimed his, her kiss hot and demanding. The night air grew heavier, the fire crackling louder as Tara's hands tangled in his hair, pulling him deeper into the kiss.
In that moment, all thoughts of battles and monsters faded away, and Kazuki surrendered to the heat of the night.
