I created my own Nano Machine using the knowledge I have gained from having Nano itself implant the information into my brain. And if I can say so myself, it is magnificent. It isn't the same as the original one, or the 7th generation one I was given as Cheon Yeo-Woon. I had to apply the laws of this reality, so it is naturally different, and the metal I created is also different from the original. However, other than that, the programming and all the capabilities of the 7th Generation Nano Machine are mostly the same as this one.
I hold the needle in my hand and smile. It has taken me a long time to recreate this, and I am finally finished. I still haven't fully achieved the synchronisation of all my internal energies, but I'm confident that it will work, with the help of Nano. I look around my small lab and see all of the documents already being destroyed and burned. I am not giving anyone a chance to replicate this ever. I lie on the ground and inject the contents of the needle into my vein. Now, I wait.

Ah, there it is. Just as I remember. Now, let's see if everything is going to be perfect. I made sure to create a safety switch that would cause the nanomachines to self-destruct in case of an emergency. You never know.

I open my eyes and sit up.
"Ahh, that's a good feeling. It seems like it worked."

"Indeed, I am, Nano. How was everything? From the smell of it, it would appear like it did. And the feeling... oh, impressive."

"Very good. It seems to be all right for me to start my training montage now. But first, I want you to help me synchronise all of my internal energies. Have you connected to my Reiatsu yet?"

"Hmm..."
I think about this for a while and then nod my head. It does make the most sense, now that I think about it. My Reiatsu is the most powerful of all my various energies. And if I genuinely want to utilise all of them simultaneously, I will have to either create multiple trains of thought, one for each energy, or consolidate them under one. And since my soul is so powerful, it makes the most sense. It is also the one that has the most similar rules compared to the one in Bleach. It would be best.
"Very well, let's do it. But I'll remain conscious during the process."

"I feel as my Reiatsu starts to react and flow through my body. I am not in a spirit or soul form right now, so this is not the same as it would be if I were in Bleach. But the soul functions similarly, so no problem there. I guide the process and follow along until I understand what Nano has in mind.
I feel my dantian expand and morph into the form it needs to, to accommodate the new energy. I exhale and feel the change in each cell. This is amazing. Brilliant, this is much better than if I used some Metgene or whatever to achieve this. A Metagene could be replicated, and with Lex Luthor around and others who want to create supersoldiers, I am not taking any risks. My blood is my own.
Finally, the process is complete, and I can sense the new energy, which I shall now refer to as my Internal Energy, or IE for short, flowing through my entire body. I have achieved perfect synchronisation and alignment of my mind, body and soul, and the energy flows from my soul, into my body, to my mind and back, nourishing them all. A multitude of noise and chaos assaults my senses, and I have trouble controlling all of it at once. But I don't panic and take things slowly.
Haki allows me to sense intent, life energy and emotions. Nen allows me to do similar things. Cursed Energy has granted me the ability to sense... cursed energy, so curses and hexes of any kind. CE is connected to negative emotions, and there are quite a lot of those around. I wonder what Gotham would be like. I might go there to train the Cursed Energy aspect of my Internal Energy. My Shadow Chi and Qi have achieved perfect balance and harmony through Reiatsu. I can now sense souls and spirits of any kind.
Perfect. I am ready.

I start my training. I have lost all of my physical abilities, but not the power of my soul, and that's what I will use. I still remember all of my martial training and techniques, and by utilising my Internal Energy, I can recreate and adapt them. Now, everything will be much more powerful and have a different 'flavour' to it, if you will.
"Nano, start the repetitive battle in augmented reality. Give me myself as Thors Snorresson at the age of 20." I say.

I see myself as Thors at the age of 20, appearing before me. Only I see this naturally, but there should be a way to create this from Internal Energy in the future. I'll look into that. The Nen aspect of my IE should grant me that.

The impact percentage is the amount of impact Nano will simulate when I am hit or attacked. And since I want it to feel the same as if it were a real fight, I set it at 100%.

I look at my 20-year-old form of Thor, who stands before me. This is an amazing feature that Nano can do, and it is very helpful. Now, if this were the real me, at 20 years old, I would buckle and fall unconscious, by simply feeling my current presence and spirit, but this is a simulation, which makes this more enjoyable.
The 'Thors-Me' holds his sword at his side and doesn't move. I shape my Internal Energy into a blade for starters. This is so much purer and also so much more potent that it would be hard if I didn't have all of my experience. However, I suddenly stop and feel that there is much more I can do. I follow my instincts and shape my Internal Energy. It begins to strengthen and change its shape until I hold a sword in my hand.
It is a mix between my Reishi sword from when I was Yhwach, the Jian from my time as Cheon Yeo-Woon and the great sword I used as Jin Kwan-Ho.
I smile and then look at 'Thors-Me'. He attacks and swings his sword towards me. I can see the strength and skill being very well imitated by Nano. As Thors, I was a master swordsman of unparalleled skill in that world. I was capable of taking out large groups of soldiers on my own, without sweating too much. My mastery with the sword earned me the moniker 'Troll of Jom'. But looking at it now... It's not anything special.
'Thors-Me' rushes forward and slashes his sword diagonally. With a casual slash, I cut the simulation apart. I possess a combined knowledge spanning thousands of years of martial arts. Fighting the 20-year-old Thors is not sufficient, despite my current age being only 15.
"This won't do. Give me a simulation of myself as Cheon Yeo-Woon at the Proficient Expert Stage. This should be roughly 200+ years of Qi."

I watch as Cheon Yeo-Woon appears before me holding a Jian. This should be better. He flashes forward, using the combat technique from my ancestor Cheon Ma. He flashes forward, using the 1st Formation of the 'Sword Force of the Heavenly Demon'
He slashes at me with his sword, but I parry and create the perfect counter to eventually cut off his head, but he suddenly realises that it's not working and backs off. I move forward this time, attacking him, with another martial art he hasn't seen yet. Yeo-Woon moves to the 2nd Formation of the technique and clashes with me. Our blades dance in the air, despite there being no one present. This must be due to the anti-gravitational properties of Nano, which enable her to do this. Very useful.
I could overwhelm this version of myself using pure power again, but that's not the idea. The idea is not only to combine all my martial arts into one that encompasses them all, but to make the transition fluid and seamless. I switch up my technique again, using what I saw from Atomic Samurai, an old friend of my former master, Bang. My blade slashes through the air, cutting apart the simulation from top to bottom.

I am not a master at Atomic Samurai's sword technique, but I'll surely be able to master it now that I have the time to practice.
"Hmm, thinking about it. I did see Atomic Samurai fight. Can you create a simulation of him, Nano?"

Not only that, but I can also learn Atomic Samurai's swordsmanship quite easily now using Nano. And to make things even better, have Nano calculate the best way to combine my other martial arts.

After a second, Kamikaze appears before me with his usual arrogant smile and the two katanas at his side. Kamikaze, AKA Atomic Samurai, is a master swordsman. He is recognised as the strongest swordsman on Earth in the One Punch Man universe. His attacks are so quick and powerful that enemies are sliced into multiple pieces instantly. He once dismembered a monster using just a toothpick. He was also able to partially cut through Black Sperm's body using the blunt edge of his sword to avoid triggering duplication. And needless to say, he is far stronger than I am right now, physically speaking.
[What do you want, kid?]
The simulation behaves similarly to Atomic Samurai. I get into a stance and attack. He raises an eyebrow, but doesn't unsheathe his katanas. I swing my blade forward, aiming to cut him apart as fast as possible, but he dodges. That was to be expected, but it doesn't matter. I go through more techniques and use harder martial arts, deadlier ones.
[Impressive for a runt.]
I use my Internal Energy and strengthen my body with it. I feel the enhancement and almost damage myself through it.

I feel Nano heal me as I use my Internal Energy more efficiently. Then I shoot forward and use one of my most advanced techniques, which I created as Cheon Yeo-Woon. That's when Atomic Samurai suddenly starts to act. He unsheathes his katana and slashes towards me.
'Atomic Slash'
This is Atomic Samurai's signature attack. He performs over 100 quick sword slashes within a second, leaving his opponents in pieces. But not only that, he truly cuts atoms when he does this. Nano has calculated his physical capabilities to be above my current ones, and so the simulation blitzes past me, cutting me over 100 times. And since I wanted this to be as real as possible, I gained 100 slash wounds.
However.
I am not the only one who was hit.

I smile as Nano heals me. Naturally, those weren't true atomic slashes, as I would be in pieces if that were the case. However, I also mitigated the damage by fortifying myself with my Internal Energy. I smile, feeling the damage and the thrill of all of this.
"Of course. Give me another one, Nano. I want Atomic Samurai again. This time, I'll cut him apart."
