Planet Gaia is the world I have been transported too. Although it is fundamentally the same as earth it has some core differences, such as: Mana, Monsters, and the greater involvement of gods. Because of these differences the very fabric of the world has changed like: the continents drifting and forming different than the ones on earth or the fauna on this planet has mutated and changed due to the mana in the air. Now the world has gone through many ages here are some of them:
The Age of Dawn:
Years 0-100
This was the birth of the world, made by the creator god (his earthly counterparts are known as Yahweh, Khoas, and Nirvana to name a few) he created the ground and the seas, the moon and the stars, hell and heaven, and the very air I now breathe. This was a primal age for humans, we didn't yet have access to magic so the demonic and holy entities ruled above us and controlled the world for a time.
The Age of Skills:
Years 101-300
The start of society and the development of magic in humans. The second generation of humans and the first generation of magical human founded cities, villages, and towns. The first conflict between the angels and demons happened at this time and the humans were not involved.
The First Holy War:
Year 250
A large scale battle between the demons and the angels. Both sides were hit with terrible losses but in the end it was up to the demon Lucifer and the angel Gabriel. The battle ended in an absolute draw Gabriel and Lucifer plunged a sword into each others hearts at the same time and fell to their demise.
The Age of Darkness:
Years 301-400
Humans started conflicting halting technology for a time. Divided the humans founded 8 countries: Eldia, Ascendria, Nyssara, Drakspire, Elarion, Cael'Nir, Zaythura, and finally Ashkara. Elarion was and still has a very shaky economy and an extremely corrupt government.
The Age of Hope:
Years 401-550
The first alliances started being made at this time. Eldia and Ascendria allied, Cael'Nir and Nyssara allied, and finally Ashkara and Drakspire allied. Zaythura stayed on its own being very self reliant. Elarion having such a bad reputation wasn't able to forge any good relations with neighboring nations. Most wars ended by the start of this age and magic started being used more common in society, such as having schools for magic.
The Age of Monsters:
Years 551-800
Monsters started attacking villages, towns, and cities. This was the first coming of the demon lord and the second holy war happened at this time. The first heroes were summoned, They were sent on a quest to defeat the demon lord. Guild were founded and funded by the government.
The Second Holy War:
Year 800
A Massive war between the angels and demons. The angels were having an uphill battle losing terribly until one day the heroes joined their side to help kill the demons and their overlord. When all seemed lost and heroes were taking their final breaths an entity that towered over all others appeared. They raised a boney hand and said an incantation that no one could decipher. In an instant the entirety of the demon lord's army was gone. The angels were also massacred only a few remained for the both sides. Only three heroes stood at the end. When the demon lord was defeated the monsters settled down.
The Age of Peace:
Years 801-2000
A age of technological advancements and magical prowess expanding. The guilds still remained and were thriving. Most monsters had started to settle down more intelligent even have integrated into society such as goblins. The first age of elves had appeared from what is only known as the shattered. The shattered appears every 200 years and is almost like the difficulty the higher it is the harder the enemies are but the better the rewards!
Years 2001-4999
These years have been lost to time, or at least I can't find any info from this time. I can only guess that society evolved and changed.
Current Age:
Year 5000-Present
Five heroes were summoned here in the year 5200 (I am one of the heroes) and the reawakening of the demon lord in the year 5180. That is the history thus far!
