Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

Faintly heard outside the palace, the cacophony of voices could be heard from afar. God Megarana, sitting on his throne, was confused by the commotion.

"What is going on?" God Megarana rose from his throne, fear suddenly creeping into his heart. "Why is there such a loud commotion outside?"

Suddenly, a soldier stormed in, panting, and reported, "Report, God, our kingdom is under attack by foreign troops!"

"Foreign troops? What do you mean?"

Before the soldier could answer, another soldier approached, fear evident in his eyes. "God Megarana, God Mervous has arrived! He demands vengeance for the death of Mother Goddess," he trembled as he spoke.

"Damn it! Quickly summon another God. God Mervous is in a dangerous mood."

God Megarana looked worried. After all, when God Mervous was in this state it meant that nothing was okay at that time.

"Where is he now?" asked God Megarana to one of his soldiers. "On his way here." The soldier seemed to stutter indicating how scared he was at the moment.

God Megarana tried to control himself, he did not want to show his fear.

As the ruler of the kingdom, he should be able to control everything. Whatever it takes, he will defend his kingdom.

Don't let a big war happen.

"Has anyone gone to tell this to the other Gods?"

God Megarana looked even more anxious when he saw that no one had left the army that had gathered to fortify his.

One of them then spoke up, bringing calm to God Megarana's troubled heart. "The general has left. He will tell them all."

Until shortly after, there was the sound of a massive explosion.

Boom!

There was the sound of the royal gates being forcibly destroyed. God Mervous' true power had now been released making God Megarana feel anxious.

"It's bad! It's bad! He's coming!" worried one of the soldiers. God Megarana closed his eyes trying to draw in the calm energy around her. "Let me speak to him first."

God Megarana walked away from his throne. Hoping that he could control the situation so that nothing untoward happened.

Test!

Drop after drop of blood continued to accompany the footsteps of a well-built man resembling a Greek God.

His charming features matched his name. He was God Mervous.

The figure most feared by anyone in the land. Because when he was angry, there would only be revenge and vengeance.

"I swear! I will finish off that murderer! I will destroy them all!"

A burning vengeance was now etched into God Mervous. The hardened look on his face indicated how full of rage he was at the moment.

"Please, forgive me, my Goddess. I failed to take care of you. I failed to be your eternal lover. I swear, I will avenge every drop of your blood on that assassin!"

By now, God Mervous had arrived at the palace. The place where the figure who had killed his lover was.

One of his hands seemed to be clenched into a fist, indicating that he was filled with a sense of urgency at the moment.

"God Megarana! GET OUT!"

God Mervous shouted so loudly.

The man knew that someone had heard his shout. But they deliberately ignored his warning voice because the soldiers would try to keep their master safe.

Without a second thought, God Mervous immediately slammed the closed gate guarded by dozens of soldiers.

His strength grew as he became angry.

He did not care about the dozens of soldiers who were slaughtered on the floor, crushed by the rubble of the gate.

"God Megarana! GET OUT!" God Mervous shouted as loudly as he could.

Just as God Mervous was at the entrance of the kingdom. A man came with his mighty strides.

"Oh.. God Mervous? You came? Indeed, it is my honor that you have come to my kingdom." God Megarana smiled with his innocent face. God Mervous was getting fed up. "I don't need your pleasantries. Enough of your cheap theatrics!"

God Mervous' anger grew. Moreover, God Megarana was now making a face as if he knew nothing. "Calm down, God Mervous. I really don't know the reason for your presence. Please, we can talk about everything in the special room." God Megarana invited, about to lead the way.

God Mervous, who was growing increasingly resentful of God Megarana's innocent face, threw the dagger he had brought.

Pats!

The dagger pierced right through the neck of one of the soldiers protecting his Lord.

"What are you doing, God Mervous!" God Megarana shouted, unwilling for his soldiers to be killed. "End your theatrics! I'm here to avenge everything. Life must be paid with life!" God Mervous insisted. God Megarana was anxious. He felt that the atmosphere in his kingdom was no longer conducive.

The arrival of God Mervous with an uncontrollable anger clearly made anyone's heart feel anxious.

"What are you saying, God Mervous, whose life are you referring to?"

God Megarana did not confess. God Mervous felt even angrier. "I know, you killed my beloved, Goddess Mother. And.. now I have come to avenge the death you have done to her."

Pats! God Mervous raised his hand directing his fireball power attack at God Megarana.

"FINISH THEM ALL!"

God Mervous raised his hand, thousands of troops that were previously fortified by invisible portals had now appeared.

A great battle was no longer inevitable. God Mervous in his rage continued to let out fireballs, hurling them at the soldiers trying to protect God Megarana.

He then raised one of his hands, his mighty crossbow seemed to be in his hand, as he pulled the string for the crossbow, the fiery arrow seemed to be launched just like that.

The fiery arrow, when released, seemed to contain thousands of other arrows. All of God Megarana's soldiers died on the spot.

God Mervous smirked. Finding God Megarana left alone.

Pats!

God Megarana unleashed his power, easy for God Mervous to dodge.

"Your power. Won't work on me," God Mervous grinned.

Now, it was God Mervous' turn to counterattack. Almost, God Megarana was almost hit by God Mervous' fire attack.

"Do you think I'm that weak? I never wanted to start a war with you. But, you started it all. I will welcome this war." God MegaRana spoke loudly.

God Mervous grinned even more. This was what he had been waiting for.

Pats! Prang! Blas!

Various types of attacks seemed to be placed by God Mervous. In a rage that kept remembering how he had lost his beloved forever, God Mervous lost control.

The death of God Megarana. That was the only goal of God Mervous at the moment.

The relentless attacks given by God Mervous overwhelmed God Megarana. He had difficulty in dealing with God Mervous' power which felt so strong.

"Prepare to meet your death, God Megarana! For I, will be your grim reaper today."

God Mervous spoke firmly. The ragged breathing of the exhausted God Megarana made God Mervous not want to waste the opportunity.

He then raised one of his hands, the sky that had looked blue instantly turned dark.

The sound of hunting lightning along with the barrage of thunder that appeared in the sky became the culmination of all the emotions that enveloped God Mervous.

A sharp grin was printed on the corners of God Mervous' lips. "Are you afraid? Do you have any last words? Confess, but it won't change anything."

God Megarana stared at God Mervous with bated breath. "I didn't do it!" God MegaRana tried to assure.

God Mervous was getting fed up. It was clear that God Megarana had done it and it was witnessed by those closest to God Mervous but he was still evasive.

"No criminal will admit to his crime. Goodbye to your life, God Megarana. Thank me for being your grim reaper!"

God Mervous raised his hand even more, a large ball seemingly ready to be aimed at God Megarana. Before it finally...

Duar! A huge explosion sounded, God Mervous fell down, a huge light suddenly came along with a strong wind that ravaged the place.
