Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Five Years Later, She Returned With Twins and a Vengeance

The private jet sliced through the night sky, descending gracefully onto Star City's exclusive tarmac reserved only for the world's most powerful.

A gust of cold wind swept across the runway as the cabin door opened.

The first to step out was not some frail, broken woman—but a goddess draped in a blood-red trench coat, her slender legs elongated by deadly stilettos. Amelia White had returned, no longer the naive girl who once begged for love.

Her face was partially obscured by oversized sunglasses, but the sharp curve of her lips was more lethal than any weapon.

Behind her, two little boys followed, dressed in perfectly tailored mini suits. Each pulled along their designer carry-ons with practiced elegance.

They were five years old but already carried the aura of young emperors.

"Mommy, is this the city where Daddy abandoned you?" the older twin, Aiden, asked, his small face scrunched in disdain.

Beside him, his younger brother Aaron crossed his arms. "Hmph! When we find him, should I kick him in the shin or 'accidentally' expose his scandalous chat history online?"

Amelia's lips curled into a chilling smile.

"Babies, we don't fight trash. We step over it gracefully."

With those words, she led her sons toward the waiting convoy of black luxury cars.

Meanwhile, on the massive LED screens across Star City's Times Square, a red hacker message hijacked every advertisement board:

"Mr. Ethan Blake, your children are looking for you. Game starts now. Are you ready?"

At that exact moment, high above the city in his penthouse office, Ethan Blake's eyes narrowed dangerously as he stood before the floor-to-ceiling windows.

He hadn't seen her in five years, but that smile—haunting and unforgettable—was now plastered across every screen in the city.

"She dares to return… and she brought them with her."

His knuckles cracked audibly as he picked up his phone.

"Lock down every airport, every road. I don't care what it takes—bring her to me."

But deep down, beneath the frost of his cold facade, his heart… was racing.
