A week later.....with everyone still on their toes it was only a matter of time until The news hit them. The only major Signing that was confirmed was Matt Cardona. The hottest indie pro wrestler has finally found his new home and it was just a fresh new promotion.
With Matt Cardona in his promotion, Edward knew there was something major coming their way and that's when he decided to post it. A world Heavyweight championship that slightly resembled the classic WCW "Big Gold". With the internet buzzing off of the post, he decided to update people in their main event for the show.

"This is the Championship that will resemble the company moving forward. The first champion of the more to come. Four wrestlers will be selected to face each other at the main event of 'Shartterd dreams' it's going to be @Matt_Cordona vs @Austin_Oliver vs @Addien_white vs and @Kingsly_moon. It was hard enough selecting these names from the talent we have, but I believe it was the right choice."
The news spread like wild fire. Matt Cardona, on his first match for the promotion was already inserted in the main event, don't that it was a shock. He was currently the biggest name they had at the moment. But other talents in the promotion where feeling sour, their hard work was what drew Edward's attention to them, and here you had someone who just comes in and takes their spot.
The tickets where moving and 7000 out of the 11 000 were sold. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't good as well. So in a attempt to get the more people invested, decided to post the full card of the Paper View. The card was as follows.
Opening match - Nalika Anoa & Talia Anoa vs Two mystery opponents - Tag match

After posting the full card poster, the tickets sales picked up a bit. Simply because of the the rumors of the signings as well as the potential of seeing who will be the first to debute for ECWZ.
On the 15th of June. Ed goes to the office headquarters to see the wrestlers. Now with a Roster size of 44, he was checking up on the progress of the training as well as how promo classes where coming along. The atmosphere was tense, you had the others who started this whole thing and the others who came to better it. While talking to one of the producers about the matches, Ed thought it would be a good idea to place some of the wrestlers he won't be using this week on some front row sits to watch the event as spectators. He uses this move copying the classic "WCW invasion" storyline. The only difference was that he would do it with women. However due to the low number of talents, he would only select one. And that was.....Shanya
The storyline was simple, while the mystery opponents fight the Anoa Twins, Shanya would look down at thr match with the Audience. Whether or not she would team up with the mystery oopents in future was still under talk.
As for the main event, the plan was plain and simple. Cardona was to be the inaugural World Heavyweight champion. Ed choose him over the rest because his was best for business currently, however. He did state that One of those 3 in the main event would get a rivalry push with Cordana. But, that is depending on who puts in the work in the ring. The days past by quickly and before all was said and done it was time for the PPV. The show started with Ed Mayers talking with the crowed.
"Ladies and gentlemen. It is my honor to welcome you to the first ever Paper view under my name. As you may know, today in the main event we will crown our inaugural world champion. " He walks slowly to the championship being hidden under a cloth. " Moving forward, the company will be called "Global Championship Wrestling" or GCW for short. And with the change comes this." He revealed the championship, unlike the demo one they used in the video this one was slightly better and bigger. "Ladies and gentlemen, this is the GCW World Heavyweight championship.(cheers). This champion will represent honor, hard work and commitment to this sacred spot. I wish Goodluck to the men who will compete later on tonight. May the best man win."
As he walks out of the ring, he acts like he sees Shanya fir the first time as the two lock eyes. He walks up to her and whispers something in her ear then proceeds to walk away. The crowd cheers as they notice Shanya.
The show gets underway with "The Anoa" Twins making their way to the ring. The crowd boos them as they are currently working as heels. The two Samoan sisters with their tribe tattoo of one hand opposite to the other get in the ring and grabs their mics.
"Hey, Nalika. Can you believe this? For a month now we've been wondering who our opponents are and Mr Mayers there didn't even bother to give us a clue to who they might be." Said Talia, the older sister
"I know. But, it doesn't matter who it is, Tar. Cause their isn't a tag team that compares to us. So, who ever it it. Get your asses out here and let's see what you're made of." Nalika added.
Everything was quiet for about 15 seconds. Than, "Fancy" by Iggy Azelia started playing . It wasn't until Camilla (Carmella) and Jamara Johnson (Jakara Jackson) made their way to the ring that people made a pop. Camilla hits her signature Moonwalk while Jamara hits her signature pose with the lollipop in her mouth.
JBL and Ed where on commentary, JBL acted like he was surprised about the whole thing.
Commentary:
JBL:
"Oh my God. Mr Mayers, you slick SOB. How on earth did you convince these two to move over to GCW?"
Ed:
"Well, JBL. You know when they say money can buy you happiness? They lied. Take a look at the fans and how happy they are. And even Camilla and Jamara also look happy to be here."
The duo enters the ring and staredown the Anoa Sisters. Samantha, a former WWE announcer makes her way to the ring.
She slowly walks over as the referee is making sure the two sides are separated.
"The following match, is a tag team match. Introducing first, at a combined weight of four hundred and 12 pounds. Talia and Nalika, the Anoa Sisters." (Booos)
"And their opponents. Making their GCW debute, at a combined weight of four handred and 1 pounds. They are the team of Camilla and Jamara Johnson." (Cheers)
The match starts with Camilla and Talia squaring off in the ring. The two stars where both fast on their feet and made sure the match was entertaining. However, Nalika using her Samoan power changed that, it quicly turned to a one sided beat down whith the sisters taking turns at punishing Camilla.
On the 7th minute, she finally managed to break away and give a hot Tag to Jamara. Who came in hot against Talia, they went back and forth with counter after a counter and close pitfalls on each other. And at the 11th minute, both Camilla and Nalika where legal again for the respective teams they gave everything they had to win, but luck can only choose one. While trying to hit Camilla with a double Razer's edge. (One hold one side of the and the other holds the remaining side.) Jamara was successful in pulling her down. The twins turned to get welcomed by a viority of super kicks from Camilla and Jamara. Nalika was sent to the outside and in order to take her out of the equation, Jamara came running and hit her with a suicide dive. Camilla, hits her new finisher the "Un-pretty-her" inspired by Christian and goes for the cover. "One....two....three" and just like that, Camilla and Jamara Johnson had won their debute match in GCW.
James Benson and Alysha Roisee both won their respective matches. While Coby Walker & Jimmy storm where close to winning their match. Gallows and Anderson made their debute by attacking both Legal men of each team. This resulted in a double DQ leaving behind no clear winner. The two men hit each member of each team with their finisher to make a clear statement,the crowds energy was over the roof as other major talents made their way to GCW.
Kevin Rush and Rhea Moxley also won their matches and now it was time for the main event. Kingsly Moon made his entrance first, following him Austin Oliver, Addien White and Matt Cordona came out last to a huge pop from the crowd. The match kick started with all three participants attacking Matt. To them he was a "outsider" who didn't belong in the ring with them. After putting him through the announce table, the quickly started turning on each other and started fighting.

Kingsly being a power house was clearing the other two like it's nothing, he delivered a thunderous Jackhammer to Ausin and went for the pin, however Matt returned to the ring. Being a veteran of the spot, he grabbed Kingsly and threw him out of the ring. He than went for flying elbow and went for the pin. "One....two.....three".
Austin Oliver was the first to get pinned within five minutes of the match. The crowd was on their feet watching Matt get a pin in the match. The celebration didn't last long as Addien snuk up on Matt and tried to get a quick roll up pin, but Matt kicked out at two. Kingsly came through and hit Addien with a running Bulldog. Matt who just got back on his feet hit Kingsly with a drop kick. All three guys where down for a moment. The referee started counting but all three guys made their way back in a dramatic way on the count of eight.
They all looked at each other. Matt and Addien looked at each other and nodded, after they charged at Kingsly. The young African-American wrestler didn't back down either, he tired by all means to use his Streangh to over power them. But, the two where just too much for him to handle, after a drop kick from both men to his legs ge fell down head first. As he tries to get up, Addien hit him with a stomp to the head and went for the pin. "One...two...three." And just like that, only two remained.
The air felt electric. Matt Cardona, the hottest free agent who just signed to GCW and Addien white, the man who many call the feature of ECWZ now the Future of GCW where sizing each other up in the ring. They locked arms in a test of strength and after a back and forth, Addien won the test as he throws Matt to the mat. He stares the veteran down as he taunts him by doing the vintage Zack Ryder "oouu, oouu, oou" chant.
Matt slowly gets up and raises one hand indicating that he wanted to try it more more time. Addien feeling cocky agrees. But, Matt uses his speed to put him in a head lock and quicky released it than proceeds to hit him on the back of his head in retaliation.
Addien looked infuriated by that action and rushed at him. Matt quicky got out the way. The two put on a classic match off back and forth action and bear falls, but at 15:21 the most crucial moment there Addien went to the top rope and hits a frog splash, Matt on the impact somehow managed to turns Addiens momentum against him and roll in to a pin. And Matt Snatched the win. The arena was in cheers. Matt on his debut won the match won the GCW World Heavyweight championship. He was the inaugural champion and the crowed was loving it. Ed walked in the ring to present him the championship.
