Julian swung his sword to launch the first attack, but was parried by Hycos with his spear.

The sound of clashing weapons echoed like thunder, Hycos continued to attack heavily, he threw his spear upwards then many spears rained down on Hayumi and friends.
Reyshibe used the power of her Varlorn sword to create a hologram shield that protected them from the rain of spears. After the attack ended, Julian immediately darted towards Hycos and immediately issued a water attack from his sword, the water attack formed a spear and then pierced the Archeons' bodies.
"Got him! Give him a combination attack!" Julian gave instructions for Reyshibe and Hayumi to attack together.
Hayumi and Reyshibe darted towards Hycos, Hayumi swung her sword and issued an angel slash, while Reyshibe jumped and her sword prepared to slash from above.
But before their attack hit him, Hycos stomped his spear on the floor, the stomp created a violent vibration that made the floor of the place crack, Hayumi and Reyshibe's attacks were in vain because of the stomp, Reyshibe who had attacked from above immediately bounced towards Julian until they both crashed into the castle wall.
"Big Brother!" in frustration Hayumi was about to attack Hycos, but suddenly Nana grabbed her by the shoulders.
"Don't be too rash Hayumi," said Nana.
Nana stepped into the presence of Hycos, where the Archeons who was hugging his spear, then gathered energy to create the ultimate attack.
"O Archeons of Chaos, this world has been unholy ever since you fell into your own elemental lust," Nana continued to stride towards Hycos while preparing to draw her sword.
"This slash, will be your judgement, on the power of dreams! Dream Sever," Nana drew her sword and made a slash towards Hycos.
Hycos was about to dodge, but the slash had already hit him, his body slowly split apart and the slash then exploded in the air, destroying the castle.
Reyshibe, who had regained consciousness, immediately created a barrier to protect them from the falling rubble. Meanwhile, Hayumi was left speechless and gaping after seeing Nana's horrific slash.
"Horrible..." Hayumi muttered while putting her sword into its sheath.
Hycos was defeated, his body was lying in the middle of the arena but his spear disappeared. Hayumi immediately ran towards Julian.
"Brother! Are you okay?" said Hayumi worriedly.
"Ah, you worry too much about me Hayumi, your brother is really resilient," Julian replied casually, he started to get up even though he had to be embraced by Hayumi.
Nana reinserted her sword and stepped towards the direction where Hycos fell, followed by Reyshibe. As they approached, Reyshibe felt something strange.
"I don't see any Aether seed in Hycos' stomach," Reyshibe then approached the body of the Archeons.
Julian and Hayumi had just approached Nana and could only be amazed at what Reyshibe was doing.
"Did you find the seed Reyshibe?" said Julian while looking around.
"No, the conditions are very different, usually an Archeons body will disappear after being defeated, and only leave an aether seed right where the Archeons last died," said Reyshibe, she then turned to the three of them.
"You mean?" asked Hayumi in surprise.
"It means, 'the Archeons when defeated then their existence will disappear from this world and only leave an aether seed that contains the elemental power of the Archeons,'" replied Nana while tightening her blindfold.
"It's true what Nana said, here the case is that the body of Hycos did not disappear, only split, so what we faced earlier was just the container," said Reyshibe.
"So what should we do now?" asked Nana.
"For now we go back to the headquarters first, at least we can get clues from this body sample," replied Reyshibe while showing a small capsule containing samples from the body of the Hycos container.
After a tiring journey, they finally arrived at the Sword Society headquarters, upon entering the meeting room, Luna welcomed the four of them.
"Welcome back, thank goodness you can still come back safely," said Luna.
"Thank you for welcoming us, Mrs Luna," Julian replied.
By the time Julian looked back, Hayumi was no longer there.
"Eh, where did that kid go?" said Julian.
"She was immediately kidnapped by Naomi to the treatment room," Nana replied while stepping towards the sofa on the left side of the room.
"So how's the investigation going?" Asked Luna
"It was a bit troublesome, but we managed, Hycos the Chaos Archeons attacked us while we were investigating the abandoned castle," replied Reyshibe.
"Thanks to a slash from Nana, Hycos was defeated but after looking around, it turns out that what we fought just now was just a body without a soul," said Julian, he stepped towards the sofa that Nana was sitting on.
"So, Hycos has its own container, by the way did you guys get any clues?" said Luna.
Reyshibe again showed a small capsule containing samples from Hycos' body.
"Ah good sample, give it to me," Ryota suddenly appeared behind Julian's back.
Reyshibe threw the capsule, Ryota immediately caught the capsule.
"That sample has residual Hycos energy, so be careful," said Reyshibe before he stepped out of the room.
"Hmmmm looks like he's very tired, isn't that right Nana?" said Julian, he leaned his body on the soft sofa.
"Understand it, at least his mentality is still strong enough to withstand the whispers of his sword element," replied Nana while sipping a glass of tea.
"Huh well you guys just rest first, we're just waiting for Ryota's research results," said Luna.
Meanwhile in the treatment room, Hayumi was lying on the bed and in front of her was Naomi who was wearing gloves.
"Well, let's see the condition of your wound," Naomi told Hayumi to sit down, then she slowly took off Hayumi's clothes and showed her bandaged shoulder, Naomi idly tried to touch Hayumi's shoulder hard.
"Arghhhh! hey don't touch her so hard ah!" Naomi was annoyed even though she sighed slightly.
"Oops, take it easy I'm just touching the surface, to make sure you're in pain or not, but after that touch you sighed not because of pain, but rather shock" Naomi said while removing the bandage on Hayumi's back.
"Huh, yes I'm actually allergic to perverts," said Hayumi while covering the front of her body with a blanket.
"Oh really? So you consider me a pervert?" asked Naomi with a chuckle.
"I don't!" Hayumi's face flushed slightly in embarrassment.
Naomi finally finished removing Hayumi's bandages, looking like her back condition had fully recovered.
"Well as I expected, the wound recovered in just a few hours," Naomi said, then she put Hayumi's clothes back on.
"Seriously, it's recovered? If it was in a normal hospital I think I would have to go through surgery," Hayumi wondered.
"Obviously, the power of the natural Archeons helped me to formulate a suitable medicine, so for now you just rest first, oh yeah I got a notification from your brother, he said 'you will practice sword control tomorrow morning'" said Naomi.
"Tomorrow morning!" Hayumi panicked, while Naomi just chuckled.
