Selene's POV
"Yes alpha" The blonde haired Doctor spoke.
"Look at her eyes." Was all Levi replied with.
"Look at her nose and the rest of her what happend." He piped up a hint of worry in his hazel eyes.
"No need to worry about that." Levi gave him his alpha tone and that was the end of the conversation.
"Aw-kward" I shifted from one foot to another and pushed my hands through my dirty hair.
"Oh his rude of me Dr. Pickston but no need for formalities call me lesion." He smiled sticking his hand out
I still hate everyone in this pack I thought to myself.
Well get over it My wolf spoke annoyed with me.
Last time I checked I could think things to myself. I retorted
"Selene." I spoke with my chin high like grandma taught me and shook his hand.
Grandma! Annstasia! Grandpa! They must be worried sick about me.
"Well sit in the bed I'll look you over and clean you up." The last part he said more to himself but I'd heard he smiled turning away to gather somethings and also pulled on gloves.
I walked over to the bed sitting in a row with two more besides it. The bed was hard rocklike even. I suddenly missed the bed I had at Annastasia's it was plush and made you squirm with how much warmth it gave you once you were all wrapped up.
"Okay." Lesion (Lee-z-on) spoke snapping me from my thoughts about plush and unplush beds.
He took out the little flashlight tool that doctors use to flash in your eyes.
"Does it hurt?" He questioned staring at my eyes flash colors in awe.
"Only when I blink to much or move to fast I get kind of light headed and it feels like little shards are in my eyes but it quickly goes away." I explained a little more hand gestures than needed.
"Well luckily for you I know the drug." He smiled pleased with himself whilst peeling off his gloves.
"What is it?" Levi asked walking towards the doctors bed this whole time he's been on his phone doing "pack stuff" and now he's interested.
"It's rare-ish a formula made by either a witch or a really really smart werewolf its called" lesion had a book skimming through all the pages to find a specific one. "Karytelodisis it's meant to go through every color their is and the more it's in your system the more it begins to hurt until you lose your vision."
"Well how do you get rid of if?" Levi spoke more urgent.
"Simple blood draw and some medicine to wash out whatever may be left." Lesion left from the room and returned back with a needle and blood bag.
"How much are you taking?" I asked staring at the needle warily, yeah I know I'm a werewolf hunter and I kill numerous numbers of packs and rouges even an alpha once and in scared of the doctors and needles.
"Just a bit not to much, you will be rather sleepy though." He smiled at me noticing my nervousness.
"Not a fan of needles?" He questioned wiping my arm with a disinfecting wipe.
"Not even an acquaintance." I gave him a forced smile.
"Omg Levi!" He called out making me snap my head over to the bench where Levi was typing away on his phone.
"What the fuck." Levi got up waking towards
Dr. Pickston angrily.
"Calm down I just did that cause I needed a distraction." He laughed throwing his hands up in surrender.
"A distraction for what." Levi asked curious but still agitated.
Lesion didn't reply just simply looked down at my arm where the needle was already in and blood was already being extracted.
"Thanks" I smiled a genuine smile and earned me and lesion a low growl from Levi.
I'd fell asleep after the blood extraction I didn't think I would but wow I couldn't even control how I felt and with the medicine it out me even deeper into sleep I didn't even have a nightmare.
I sat up legs dangling off the bed to see no one was in the room I don't know what came over me but I feel really happy there was a smell lingering in the air one that I knew but I could quite put my finger on it.
"You woke early." Lesion smiled walking from and unknown place.
"Yeah and best sleep in a long time." I smiled thanking him again.
"Levi has a surprise for you." His smile grew even wider.
"Like a surprise I'm gonna stone you and stab you with pitchfork surprise or like a lesion is a physco doctor and in injected you with something and you'll be dead in 3 hour-" I was cut off my laughing and it made me happy this laugh was happy and light.
I looked over to see Levi clutching his stomach laughing his face was so light and bright he was like a whole new person.
I noticed that when he laughs he doesn't stand still he's always moving doing something with his hands and his eyes sparkle and turn a even more light shade of green then the normal dark green ones he show when his walls are up he gets those lines by his eyes and his forehead gets them also his teeth are so perfect and white you'd think Colgate sponsored him he was overall breathtakingly beautiful.
"No a real surprise." He was back to his hard stare and occasional flex to let you know that if he wanted to he could ring your neck like a dish towel.
"Okay what is it." I asked rubbing my palms together something I do when I'm extremely nervous I do the surprising I don't get surprised.
"Follow me." He motioned for me to get off the bed that my body's been glued to and I obeyed happily.
"Don't you think you should let her shower and get better dressed first." Lesion spoke and I could see how much of a mess I looked like my hair probably looks like curly pubes and I know that my red gown along with the top half of my body is covered in nose blood.
"Yeah that'd probably be a good idea considering I've been threatened more times in my life in the hour I've been down there." He rolled his eyes.
"Did you just roll your eyes." I asked sniffling a laugh.
"Yeah so." He growled agitated
"Very macho." I retorted trying him.
"Watch yourself." His eyebrows pulled together and his canines elongated.
"Or what?" I asked getting in my stance ready for whatever he was to throw at me. I knew that this action is punishable by death but I'd rather do that and be with my mom and dad then to be his mate.
"Guys, calm down." A girl walked in almost instantly and looked at lesion.
"Take her to get showered and dressed." He spoke to the girl and she grabbed me by my arm and gave me a look of security I nodded my head and she lead me out of the room.
"Don't be such a dick." Lesion said and I heard a smack.
Did he hit Levi? Weird.
