Chapter 1 - Vacation, Finally!

-[-Random background stuff(free to skip.)-]-

Its almost been a year since my mothers passing. When I found her motionless in bed. Not breathing. That day I vaguely remember crying. When I think more about it. I don't cry when things get stressful or hard. Mother would always tell me it was okay to cry when things get unbearable. I guess that moment was when those words finally made me cry. But thats the past. I have a mission to complete. My parents left me with their responsibilities. I can't fail them.

"I'm sorry…"

"…"

"Right."

-[-Chapter 1-]-

The faint sound of chatter filled the air as the plane finally landed in Moscow. The flight attendants came around the cabin one last time to get remaining trash. "Today its a light sprinkle of rain, a Fahrenheit of fifty-three and twelve Celsius. If you are due for a plane change then we would like for you guys to get up first!", The captain kindly spoke. "This was flight 1292, and thank you for flying with Bluebird Airlines!" As the captain finally stop speaking, many people got up as the plane started to file out. "I should wait a little until the walkway gets clear." , Kemo muttered. His eyes harden as he tried to adjust to the brightness of the plane lights. Its only one reason why he's here. Kemo pulled an envelope from his bag. "I dont get why I can't send the money over via mail.", Kemo spoke quietly to himself. "Its been a few days since this envelope appeared at my house. Inside…it had pictures of me. Pictures of my family. There also was a card that threatened me to pay some debt in person or I would be killed.", he thought to himself. A small frown appearing on the lips that always held a smile no matter what. "Sir?", A flight attendant concerningly spoke up. Tapping Kemo on his shoulder which was enough to snap him out his thoughts.

"Ah-? Sorry!", Kemo said as he held onto the chair in front of him get up. The flight attendant simply nodded and walked away to help the rest of the flight crew clean up the plane. He silently childe himself as he grabbed his crutches and backpack from the bin above. He slung the bag over his shoulders and his used his crutches to move around. He quietly muttered thanks to the flight crew as he made his way out. The whole time he was thinking about how big this debt was and how he would even make his way back home. The ticket here was expensive as hell. Kemo had to empty out his saving funds just to pay half of it.

Finally he stepped foot in the airport. He was immediately surrounded with the noise of talking, laughing, normal noises to hear from a airport. Kemo found a spot and placed himself against a wall as he tried to gather his thoughts. "Okay. First, I should find a cheap hotel...", Kemo mumbled to himself, pulling out his phone to search up some cheap hotels. Almost a bunch of options popped up on his screen as he looked up 'Cheap fancy hotels'. "So many options. But…I'll stick with the closest one.", Kemo said to himself as he put his phone back in his pocket. Just then there was some commotion further down, right by the baggage claim. Kemo raised an eyebrow before using his crutches to stand up straight and walk over to where many people were bunched up.

"Back up! Do you people have no regards for peoples space?!", a man in a black suit yelled. "He seems to be protecting someone", Kemo thought. Though there seem to be more men like him coming and they all seem to be huddled around some guy. "Are they bodyguards? And that guy..", From what Kemo could see. He had to be at least 6'4 in height. Dark brown hair that was styled in a way to where it was slicked back with messy bangs in front. Their clothing…"This guy must be rich. So is he here for business or to stir trouble or to relax?", Kemo couldn't help but think what this man was doing here. Kemo glanced around trying to look for some explanation. Suddenly one of the guards pushed him aside. He fell to the floor. His crutches knocked out his hands and laying somewhere else.

"Tsk. Maybe next time pay attention. Let's go young master", One man is a suit said as he walked past. The rest muttering or looking around as they followed the other man. Kemo watched as that guy followed them. "So young master, huh.", Kemo thought. Then their eyes met and for a split second. "Those black eyes..", Kemo thought before feeling something beating in his chest. What is this strange feeling..? The guy smirked before looking away and continuing to walk away. "God…what was that..", Kemo quietly spoke to himself. His brows furrowing in confusion.

"Get off the floor, idiot!", A random guy yelled as he shoved Kemo to move out the way. Kemo jolted from the contact. "Sorry! Sorry!", Kemo yelled to the random guy that walked away. He shook his head to clear it. "There's no time to think right now.", Kemo thought before pushing himself to sit up.

-[-Four hour timeskip-]-

Kemo finally arrived at the hotel after walking on foot almost all day. He groaned as he pushed himself through the door. He stumbled over to the front desk to ask for a room before someone else came in and pushed him aside. Kemo just barely made it "What is with people pushing me around?!", Kemo thought before looking up to scowl at whoever and that's when he met those same black eyes. Why is he here?!
