Liam looked around, the market looked like it was from those knight games. And there were some stores for different things. "You can buy stuff how you buy from real life." Kip said. "Ain't that hard." Kip said.
"Alright, well I don't want to buy anything. I already have set up decorations with my house according to this tablet thing. "Why are you so damn boring?" Kip sighed. "Anyways, go back I guess." Kip said.
"Alright" Liam said before walking back. As they were walking back, Liam almost got crushed by a billboard, but it started to float with a purple aura. "Kid, what are you doing here? Leave it to the pros." Liam looked up to see a black man in a purple superhero suit. It looked like any superhero suit that he had seen.
"Who the fuck are you?" Liam said. The sky in the suit glared at him seriously. "Who the fuck am I? I went through extra hell and back to get the position to save people of this hell society. I'm Purple Pinches." Purple Pinches said.
"You fucking suck at naming, what the hell?" Liam said. "Now shut the fuck up boy, I just saved your life" Purple Pinches said. "If you're a hero then you shouldn't expect respect out of people. And you just bragged how you went through hell, you could never imagine this with spiderman or superman or batman." Liam said.
Then Kip teleported out of Liam. "I was just teaching him the tutorial. You can easily get removed from the team doing that you know? If you leave now, I'll excuse you and not take your life." Kip said with evil eyes.
Purple Pincher face dropped and backed away, "Okay." He said silently before walking away. "Sorry for the disturbance, I didn't mean for this to happen. I don't know what the hell was up with him." Kip said. "Nah, it's okay don't worry about it." Liam said.
Then they walked back to Liams room. On the way he saw his friends. "Liam, look at this badass power I got!" Ivan said walking to Liam holding fire in his hands. "And I got a uh what was it called? Oh right, a tokit. And it gave me the ability to have fire in my hands. In fact, I'm pretty sure that is for everybody am I right?" Ivan said smiling.
Liam started to seat. That meant he was the only person without powers and without powers how could he be able to survive and wouldn't people make fun of him?? Liam thought. "Yeah, sadly turns out you got no powers Liam. I checked but ZERO." Kip said.
"Hey Liam, where were you?" Melvin said walking into the conversation. "I was at the hot tube and damn they had some sexy bitches there. Did you know they have AI sex machines? It is AMAZING!" Melvin said. "Wait, how old are you?" Ivan asked Melvin. "I'm 16. What about you?" Melvin said looking at Ivan.
"I'm 12. Also why did you have a need to tell us about sex bots? In fact, how do they even work? Would I have to break a spine trying to stick it in because of its hard metal surface? I'm 12 so I would accidently break
my youth spine because it is a grown ass woman and me, a 12-year-old?" Ivan said looking dead eyed at Melvin. "Well, um, you got a point. Okay yeah, I was just a bit overjoyed over finding that out I went out to tell random people." Melvin said scratching the back of his head.
"And what is your power, Melvin. Or what they call, kins." Ivan asked Melvin. "I can create a new logic just by saying it with an explanation. No matter how stupid the excuse it. But I can't be sloppy and say 'because I say so' I got to actually try. Like Liam you know when I was talking about our chances to get out of that maze. Me making explanations made it a reality, pretty badass right?" Melvin said.
"Also don't mind if I'm a little excited. Gulped down 100 packs of bear and I think I see butterflies." Melvin said. Then Melvin yawned and said "Damn that beer got me fucked up. I just saw a big kitty in the sky." Melvin then walked away like he was limping. "See Liam, this is why you must not drink beer." Ivan said. "But don't you drink it?" Liam said. "Yeah, but I don't gulp down 100 packs of beer like he did. Anyways it is pretty damn late if you ask me, I better get going to bed." Ivan said. "Me too" Liam said, then he walked back to his room and spent some time decorating the place before going to sleep.
The next day Liam woke up and yawned. It was 6:00AM. Kip was staring at him from his bed. But this time Kip was a gray cat with a pink cowboy outfit and no red hair. "Who the hell are you?" Liam asked half-awake sounding a little drunk. "I'm Kip remembers? I can shift to many different forms, you know! Just because you saw me in one form does not mean I cannot shift." Kip said. "Oh, I better get up then." Liam said slowly awakening.
"I also got you some gear. You can't survive without powers here and this day might be your last day. But don't worry I got your back!" Kip said. Then a big metal crate fell from Liams roof making a hole in it and the crate crashed. It showed high tech guns and technology. "This is my finest work. I worked my ass off making this for you, so you better not die today!"
"Didn't I get the pass or something to have like 5 days off" Liam said. "Actually, about that I got something to confess." She said then got to her knees. "We are struggling! Turns out that running a show is harder than we thought! Those free passes, I lost them and turns out we gave a guy a too op ability and now he is destroying the barrier of this society!" Kip said with her eyes bawling out.
"Then I'll help!" Liam said standing up fully dressed posing with confidence.
"How you get dressed that quickly? That doesn't matter. What does is that people are escaping! And how would you even be able to do it? You don't even got powers! We are so fucked we are so FUCKED!" Kip started breaking down. "I'll do it. But I get to have a week off and pick others too!" Liam said. "Okay. But you'll need all the help. We can't even contain him so hopefully you are lucky." Kip said. Then she gave Liam a pocketknife.
"This is the one-shot knife I made a few years ago. It can one shot anybody no matter how strong." Kip said. "Why can't you use it?" Liam asked. "Because of the materials it is deadly for me and my species. So only humans can wield it. And it gives you power boost so there is that too. Anyways go out there and save us! Or die probably." Kip said then she vanished.
Liam went out and got on to the elevator and went to the lowest floor and saw Melvin and Ivan talking to each other. He walked to them. They were holding a mysterious item in their hands and saying how good it is. "What the fuck is that?" Liam asked. "I don't know. When I put it on, I see things that I am able to interact with. I thought I was on pills but turns out that it is a VR headset. Like you can dream and see things by putting it on." Ivan said.
"You are putting that on your head? That is so weird." Liam said.
"Suit yourself dude but it is a pretty good device." Ivan said shrugging. "Yeah, well see ya later." Liam said. "Where are you even going? The games are cancelled because people are trying to escape. People are dying and being mauled to death dude." Melvin said. "About that you know my kintopet or whatever they're called? She wants me to stop the person who is causing this for a week break off the games!" Liam said.
"But why are you? You would put yourself back into hell where only 1 person survives." Melvin said. Then kip walked up to Liam. "Doing good?" Kip asked. "If I defeat this person I will be in this hellspace still. And will have to see all my friends die so why should I??" Liam asked.
Kip started sweating trying to think of something. "Well, we will give ya 5x the pay! 5 billion!" Kip said. "ok" Liam said before heading out. As Liam was heading out, he saw that the place was a mess. Blood everywhere, destroyed parts, even those superhero guys decided to quit and just watch. Liam then saw an exit to this society and hopefully where the person who was causing all of this was at. Overcrowded, people mutating and dying. It would be a very huge pain in his ass, but it was for the 5 billion.
Liam struggled to get through barley making it but he managed to squeeze his way out, after that he saw a big forest with random generated stuff. Looked like a video game of some sort.
Liam walked through and one thing he noticed is that he was going very fast for some reason. He couldn't even help it; it was like natural instinct. As Liam was walking, he notice something floating. It was a black figure then it turned around. It was some random guy with purple hair and a damaged eye. He looked normal, well expect for floating. "Another one? Watch me beat you within a second." He said before swooshing down at Liam. Liam dodged and slashed his arm which caused him to bleed a glowing purple.
Liam stayed focus. But then he disappeared, and Liam felt paralyzed. He fell down onto the ground and then with only being able to move his eyes saw the guy towering over him. "Honestly what did you expect? Some miracles or plot armor? This is real life buddy and you're dead." He said with a disappointed look. Liam was pissed. Although he knew he was going to most likely lose this was just sad for him. Then he raised his foot getting ready to stomp Liam dead in the head.
But then something slashed by cutting him diagonally in half and Liam could move again. He looked around there was nobody, but he didn't care, it was a miracle that he was still alive. Now he can claim his 5-billion-dollar prize.
After Liam head back to the society Kip was waiting for him. "Honestly I can't believe you won? Nor do we have no idea who that thing saved you was. Don't get mad but the knife was an explodsive. We was planning for you to get pinned down then it would explode killing both you and him. Speaking of which we collected his corpse and analyzed it. But we got no results cause some spell was casted on him where we could get no info. But at least you survived!" Kip said.
"Wait before you yell listen. We kinda need you to sleep so we can restart and get things in order." Kip said calmly. "You wanted to have me die??" Liam said. He was on the verge of losing his shit. But before we could even get a foot further he got knocked out and woke up remembering everything. But they promised he get billions right? After Liam woke up he saw that it was the same as he customized it. He saw a card on the table next to his bed and picked it up. It was only 35 dollars.
