The island was neither small enough to be discovered in a single day, nor large enough to conceal many secrets. The lake at the island's center reflected the sky like a shattered mirror, and the rocks surrounding it resembled the backs of animals sleeping for thousands of years. The sea encircled the island from every side - vast, blue, silent... its only voice heard when it raged.

At sunset, the sands would turn to a soft gold, and the child became a long shadow wandering alone at the edge of the world. No humans here. No roads. No houses. No names for places. Only a solitary hill overlooking the sea, a tree bent by the wind, and a small wooden cabin once built by trembling hands. Here, he was born... here, he would live... and perhaps, here, he would die.

"Hello, Luna. I just returned from chopping wood."


By the way, the little girl's name is Luna, and the woman's name is Selene. The two men who came with them are named Damian and Reinhard. They woke up after just one day. The reason for their long unconsciousness was extreme exhaustion after their journey across the vast sea, where they had surrendered to the harsh reality.
