Chapter 39: The Haunted Toilet of Rendor Inn
Location: Rendor Inn, a rundown roadside inn known for its moldy bread, creaky floorboards, and—for reasons unknown—a bathroom nobody dares use after sunset.
Scene 1 – The Warning
Shen Karguro opened the inn's door with his usual cool swagger. Ryulga followed behind, eyebrows raised at the eerie green glow coming from the bathroom door.
"This place again?" Ryulga muttered. "I thought they shut it down after the... incident with the haunted mop."
"They did. Then it reopened last week." Shen pointed to a scribbled sign taped to the bathroom:
"USE AT OWN RISK. NO REFUNDS IF YOUR SOUL IS TAKEN."
Shen shrugged. "I'm going in."
Ryulga blinked. "You're seriously risking your soul... for a toilet?"
"I've been holding it since the Velnar ruins. I'm at DEFCON-5."

Scene 2 – Enter the Cursed Throne
The door creaked open. Inside, a single glowing toilet sat under a flickering lightbulb. The toilet lid slowly lifted on its own.
"Welcome," whispered a ghostly voice, "to the Throne of Sorrows."
Shen froze mid-step. "Did that toilet just talk to me?"
The sink started humming. The toilet flushed itself. Then flushed again. Then roared:
"YOU DARE TO DEFECATE UPON MY DOMAIN?"

Suddenly, shampoo bottles launched from the walls like missiles. A roll of toilet paper unspooled midair and wrapped around Shen's leg.
"You must defeat me," the ghost wailed, "in honorable TOILET COMBAT!"
The toilet seat snapped upward like a jaw.
Shen powered up to Dark Mage Form 1, slipping on a bar of ghost soap. "I am not losing to a haunted toilet!"
Meanwhile, Ryulga stood outside, sipping tea. He heard bangs, magical blasts, and someone yelling "NO, NOT THE BIDET LASERS!"
He sighed. "This is why I told him to go behind a tree like normal people."

Inside, Shen was losing. Badly.
Ghostly hands flushed every time he charged. Toilet water shot like geysers.
"Face it!" cried the toilet spirit. "I am the Final Flush!"
But Shen grinned. "Big mistake, bathroom ghost."
He activated his Anti-Spirit Deodorant Bomb Technique—a trick learned from Ryulga's Emergency Ghost Kit.
He hurled it straight into the bowl.
The toilet screamed, "NOOOOOOOO!"
With a final flush, the spirit vanished.
