In Safe Haven, Doey sat in the generator room, staring at the beaded bracelets in his hands. How long has it been since she left this place? Jack asked in his head. If I had to estimate, probably a few hours... Matthew said in Doey's head.
Doey sighed as he rubbed the beads between his fingers. It's alright, Kevin... Misha will come back to us; I'm certain, Matthew said in his head.
Doey remained silent and looked down. "Doey!" he was surprised and looked at the opening. Doey saw DogDay panting a bit at the opening. Doey stood up and looked at DogDay. "What happened?" he asked.
DogDay looked at Doey. "It's Misha; she's back," he said. Doey's eyes widened. "She also has—" before DogDay could continue, Kevin split off from him while holding the beaded bracelets before sprinting toward the opening. "Kevin, wait!"
Kevin turned to the Infirmary before sprinting forward. Doey approached DogDay. "What else happened? Is Suzy OK?" he asked. DogDay looked at Doey. "Suzy is fine, but..." he said, lowly.
When Kevin entered the infirmary, he looked down and tried catching his breath. When Kevin looked forward, he saw a large group of toys surrounding Michelle's group.
Kevin approached the group and gently pushed a few of the toys out of the way. "Hey! Give her some space! She just got back from—" when he saw the group, his eyes widened when he saw Katelynn standing next to Michelle.
When Katelynn turned her head to the crowd, she saw Kevin staring at her before facing him. "Hello, Kevin..." she said, lowly. Kevin slowly approached Katelynn. "Katie... is that really you?" he asked.
When Kevin was close to Katelynn, he examined her. "You look... different..." he said. "You're thinner than when I last saw you..." Katelynn looked away and crossed her arms. "And your bright eyes and smile... it's gone..." Kevin continued. "What happened to you?"
Katelynn stepped back a bit. "I did... a lot of horrible things..." she said. "When the Doctor was trying to turn Big Sister into a toy... I lost it and became a monster..."
Michelle frowned a bit as slime tears pricked Katelynn's eyes. "I destroyed a lot of the mechanical bodies... and nearly attacked Big Sister's group..." she continued. "I'm a horrible person..."
Kevin looked at Katelynn. "That's not true in the slightest," he said. Katelynn trembled. "I'm not the same person you once knew..." she said, lowly.
Kevin stared at Katelynn before his face became stoic. "If that's the case, can you do me a favor?" he asked. Katelynn looked at Kevin. "Hold your hand out," he said. Katelynn stared at Kevin before holding her hand out.
Kevin placed the beaded bracelets in Katelynn's hand. "Could you toss those away for me?" he asked. Katelynn stared at the beaded bracelets in her hand as Kevin walked away.
Katelynn remembered putting red beads in the plastic lace while Kevin tied the plastic lace on the pink one together. Soon after, Katelynn clenched the beaded bracelets. "How dare you..." she said. Kevin stopped. "You want me to get rid of them..." Katelynn continued.
Katelynn's body started bubbling. "I've made these so that you, me, and Big Sister would have matching bracelets... and you ask me to get rid of them," she said.
Katelynn glared at Kevin. "I'd rather destroy those stupid robots again than destroy something precious to me?!" she shouted. Kevin remained silent before turning his head to Katelynn. "That's something my sister would say," he said.
Katelynn stared at Kevin, shocked. "What?" she asked. Kevin turned to Katelynn. "And that's something you said... therefore, you are my sister," he said.
Katelynn stared at Kevin with slime tears pricking her eyes as he approached her. "And I don't want to hear anymore of that stuff coming out of your mouth," he continued. "Whether it was something good or downright awful, I don't care... you'll always be my little sister..."
Slime tears fell from Katelynn's eyes before she tackled Kevin in a hug. "I missed you so much, Big Brother..." she said, lowly, as she cried.
Kevin smiled a bit with dough tears pricking his eyes before wrapping his arms around Katelynn. "I missed you too, Katie..." he said, lowly.
The smaller toys watched the duo, cheering, while the larger toys were happy; Michelle smiled at them with tears pricking her eyes before wiping them away.
As Michelle turned her head to the left, she saw Doey approach her with Poppy riding on his shoulder. "Welcome back, Michelle," Poppy smiled. Michelle smiled at the duo. "Good to be back," she said.

When the large group separated, Medic examined Katelynn with a hum while Doey, Kevin, Poppy, and Kissy Missy watched. "It seems like when you gained your memories, you gained a new form entirely," he said. "To think something like that would be possible..."
Katelynn looked at her hands. "I see..." she said, lowly. Jack split from Matthew before looking at Katelynn, concerned. "So does that mean you're not the same as before?" he asked.
Katelynn looked at Jack before giggling a bit and kneeling to his level. "With or without my memories, I'm still the same person," she said, which made him smile. "I just... matured a bit more than when I was Suzy."
Poppy looked at Katelynn. "Would, uh... would you rather be called Katie or Suzy?" she asked. Katelynn looked at Poppy. "Even though I can technically answer by both names, I'd rather be called by my human name," she said.
Kevin remained silent and looked down; Katelynn noticed and stood up. "Is something wrong, Big Brother?" she asked. Kevin looked at Katelynn. "Well... there's something I'd like to ask related to your memories, but..." he said, lowly.
Katelynn nodded. "Go ahead," she said; Kevin crossed his arms. "How did you regain them?" he asked. Katelynn remained silent before looking away and rubbing the back of her head. "Big Sister's lullaby... that's how I regained them," she said.
Katelynn looked down. "Though... as she was singing it, she was also crying as well," she continued. "Maybe because she didn't want to see me hurt or something else..."
Kevin remained silent and looked down; Medic hopped to the ground and rolled toward Bobby BearHug as she tried sewing Huggy Wuggy's wounds while he screeched a bit and moved around. "How's that patient?" he asked.
Bobby BearHug struggled a bit. "Huggy keeps on moving around; it's a bit tricky to do," she said. Kissy Missy looked at the duo before approaching them. When Huggy Wuggy spotted Kissy Missy, he stopped moving. "Kissy..." he said.
When Kissy Missy was close to Huggy Wuggy's head, she kneeled and kissed his cheek. "No fight Bobby; Huggy be good," she said. Huggy Wuggy stared at Kissy Missy before nodding, which made her smile and pet his head.
Bobby BearHug sighed a bit. "Thank you, Kissy," she said as she continued sewing his midsection. "I'll try to be quick." Unbeknownst to the group, Kevin slipped away from the group before leaving the Infirmary.
Michelle grabbed her GrabPack and put it on. "It's been a while since I've had you on; it's nice to have you back," she said before adjusting the straps. Mommy Long Legs sternly looked at Michelle. "While I'm glad you're unharmed, what you did was very reckless," she said.
CatNap nodded. "If we had lost you, all of us wouldn't know what to do next," he said. Michelle looked at the duo with a sweatdrop. "Alright, alright, I hear you loud and clear; I'll be more careful next time," she said.
The duo sternly looked at Michelle, which made her flinch. "There won't be a next time," they said. Michelle nervously chuckled before remembering something and looking at CatNap. "By the way, how's the progress going?" she asked.
CatNap glanced at the storage area. "So far... he's finished with the design for it, but is having trouble with the tech part," he said before looking at Michelle. "He's uncertain if he'll make it on time..." Michelle sighed a bit. "That's kind of what I feared..." she said, lowly.
Mommy Long Legs tilted her head. "What's this you're talking about?" she asked. Michelle realized something. "Ah, right," she said before looking at CatNap. "Fill Mommy and Huggy in on the thing."
CatNap nodded before looking at Mommy Long Legs. "Come with me to the storage room," he said. Mommy Long Legs nodded as the duo walked toward the storage hallway.
As Michelle looked around, she spotted the door near the storage before approaching it. As Michelle opened the door, she saw PickyPiggy and CraftyCorn inside a room with murals on the walls and a monument with poppy flowers, photos of children, and lit candles on it.
CraftyCorn turned to the back and saw Michelle. "Ah, it's you..." she said. Michelle approached the monument. "Have you come in here to respect the ones that passed away?" she asked. PickyPiggy looked at the monument. "That's part of it," she said.
Michelle looked at PickyPiggy as she held a few herbs in her hoof. "Is that... rosemary?" she asked. PickyPiggy nodded. "We were gonna light this up in their honor, but..." she said. CraftyCorn looked down. "We ran out of matches..." she said.
Michelle hummed a bit. "Then I came in here at the perfect time," she said. CraftyCorn and PickyPiggy looked at Michelle as she twisted the knob, switching from the red hand to the orange hand. "I can light it up with a flare if you'd like," she continued.
PickyPiggy hummed. "That could work," she said before looking at CraftyCorn. "Could you grab the bowl?" CraftyCorn nodded as she grabbed the bowl in between her hooves before placing it on the ground. "Here you go," she said.
PickyPiggy leaned toward the bowl and placed the rosemary inside. When PickyPiggy backed away, Michelle aimed the orange hand before pulling the right trigger. The flare landed in the bowl, which burned the rosemary.
Michelle looked at the monument before kneeling and placing her hands together. CraftyCorn and PickyPiggy did the same and placed their hooves together. "May you rest in peace..." they said; Michelle remained silent and looked down.
When the rosemary finished burning, the trio stood up. "Thank you for helping us," PickyPiggy said. Michelle looked at PickyPiggy. "Don't mention it..." she said. "It was the right thing to do."
CraftyCorn looked at Michelle with happy eyes. "You have a kind heart, you know that," she said. Michelle looked at CraftyCorn before chuckling a bit and rubbing the back of her neck. "Yeah... I get that a lot," she said. "I should, uh... get going..."
The duo nodded as Michelle approached the door; when she opened it, she turned to it and closed the door. Michelle sighed and lay her head against the door. So much has happened... I'm just glad Katie is back with us... she thought.
"Misha," Michelle jumped a bit and turned to the back; she saw Kevin before sighing in relief. "Ah, it's just you..." she said. "What do you want?"
Kevin took a deep breath and exhaled before looking at Michelle. "I think you should return to the surface and go back to your orphanage," he said.
Michelle stared at Kevin before awkwardly giggling a bit. "That's uh... that's a good joke there, Kev; you really got me..." she said. Kevin remained silent and looked away; Michelle looked at him, shocked, before glaring at him. "The fuck is this about?!" she shouted.
A few of the smaller toys turned to the duo. "I risked my life saving Katie, and your response to this is for me to go back up!" Michelle shouted.
Kevin looked at Michelle. "You shouldn't even be in a place like this; I heard from your group that you found it by coincidence," he said.
Michelle glared at Kevin. "So what if I did?! If you think I'm going back up there, you're dreaming!" she shouted. "If you've forgotten, this is my fight too!"
Kevin rolled his eyes. "Sure it is... you'll just let your lackeys do the hard work," he said. Michelle growled and clenched her fist; when Kevin looked at her, she punched him in the face, which caused him to back up and the smaller toys to gasp.
Michelle glared at Kevin. "Don't you dare call my group 'lackeys', asshole... they treat me more like a family than you've ever had?!" she shouted. Kevin remained silent as Michelle undid the straps, which caused her GrabPack to drop.
As Kevin looked at Michelle, she took a fighting stance. "You know, it's been a while since we've rough-housed," she said before moving her hand a bit. "Come on then." Kevin looked away. "I don't fight girls," he said.
Michelle glared at Kevin. "Bullshit! You and I always rough-housed every time in Playcare when Katie wasn't watching; you too big of a pussy?" she mockingly asked.
Kevin remained silent, which made Michelle growl. "Fine... if you're not gonna initiate it, then I will!" she shouted. Kevin looked at Michelle as she tackled him to the ground and started punching him.
The smaller toys panicked as the duo rolled on the ground, and Michelle continued hitting Kevin. PJ Pug-A-Pillar barked at the duo while Bunzo Bunny covered some of the mini Smiling Critters' eyes before looking at the Mini Huggies. "Get help," he said.
The Mini Huggies nodded as they sprinted toward the Infirmary. Kevin growled a bit as he grabbed Michelle's wrists before pinning her to her back. "That's enough! Go back to your orphanage?!" he shouted.
Michelle looked at Kevin. "Not happening asshole!" she shouted. Kevin glared at Michelle with his fangs showing. "You have no idea what kind of horrors are in this place..." he said.
Michelle laughed. "You think you can scare me?" she asked rhetorically. "Well, guess what, I've seen things much scarier than you and and your glare doesn't work on someone who's your friend!"
Michelle glared at Kevin. "The only reason you're saying this shit is because you're scared; you think I'm weak," she said. "The only one I'm seeing here that's weak is you..."
Kevin growled as he clenched Michelle's wrists, which made her flinch in pain. Crap, I took it too far... she thought. Kevin's grip tightened, which made Michelle grit her teeth and close her eyes before looking away. If this keeps going, he'll break my wrists... she thought.
"Big Brother," Kevin froze and turned his head to the Infirmary; he saw Katelynn staring at him with the Mini Huggies beside her. "You're hurting Big Sister," she continued. Kevin's eyes widened, and he looked at Michelle before quickly letting go and standing up.
Michelle sat up and rubbed her wrists. "Damn, you've definitely gotten stronger than the last time we did this, I take back the—" when she looked at Kevin, he was hyperventilating with dough tears falling from his eyes.
Michelle was shocked and quickly stood up. "Kevin..." she said. When Michelle stepped forward, Kevin bolted to the Infirmary. "Wait, Kev!" she shouted.
When Kevin was out of sight, Michelle groaned and placed her hand over her face; Katelynn approached her. "Are you alright?" she asked. Michelle uncovered her face and looked at Katelynn. "Honestly... I'm not sure anymore..." she said.
Katelynn frowned a bit and wrapped her arm around Michelle. "Let's have Medic check your wrists..." she said. Michelle nodded as the duo and the Mini Huggies entered the Infirmary.
