Anshi's pov
I didn't expect that someone could be this handsome. He walked towards us.
"Hello, dear." He greeted.
"You're really handsome." I said while looking at him. "Huhh..!!" He replied, his eyebrows furrowed. I covered my mouth and can feel the warmth on my cheeks. I bet, I am definitely red now. "I mean, Hello. Myself Anshi." I said while streching out my hand for a handshake. "Hii..I am Aahan." He said while smiling. Ohh god his smile is really good. How can someone smile this nicely, meanwhile, I look like a psycho while smiling. Stop anshi, you're still smiling. He walked towards my parents to greet them. After a while they walked towards the sofa. He's so handsome. Stop..!! Stop..!! Stop..!! I guess I am hungry that's why I am thinking like that or maybe he knows how to manipulate someone. Did he do black magic ? Ohh damm what's happening.
"Anshi, come over here, sit with us." Mrs. Malhotra said while pointing towards a seat beside Aahan.
"Yaa sure." I replied while taking my seat. They all started talking.
"Well, which subject did you choose ?" Uncle Malhotra asked while looking at me. "I chose Science." I replied. "Oo, our Aahan has also chosen the same. Whenever you got a doubt you can ask him." Uncle replied and I glanced at Aahan who was staring at his father as if gesturing him to stop. Didn't he want to share his details or didn't want to answer my doubt. We just met and he found me annoying. Ooo god that's embarrassing. Stop anshi, you are just assuming things again.
They all continued talking. "Anshi, take Aahan with you. So that he can have a look at our house." Mom said making me glare at her. Isn't it obvious he's not interested. "Well that's a great idea." Aahan said and I immediately turned to him. When he noticed me, he passed me a smile. What one more smile and I am definitely gone. I guess he really brush his teeth perfectly. "Umm..okayy." I replied while nodding.
We both stood up from our seats and started moving towards the stairs. We both were silent. "The elders really love to gossip." He said breaking the silence between us. I looked at him or basically glared at him. I also love to gossip. Does that mean I am already an elder. Whattttttt...!!! My life has just begun and he's saying that I am also an elder. No wait, I was the one who assumed it. Hihihi. I chuckled.
"Are you crazy ?" He questioned making me look at him. "I mean talking to yourself is fine but it's my first time seeing someone chuckling on their own." I glared at him that's really rude. "Umm..I was just thinking about something." I replied trying to be calm. He just made 'ohh' shape with his lips.
We continued walking. He stopped and I turned to him. "Is it yours ?" He said while pointing towards something. I squinted my eyes to see what he was refering to. Soft toys of some cartoon characters. "Yaa..!!" I replied and he nodded. "Why ?" I questioned. "Nothing." Really he's the crazy one. First he stopped out of nowhere just to look at the toys and now he's behaving like nothing happened. Crazy.
"Anshi, Aahan, come on.. let's have dinner." Mom called. Finally, I can have some food to calm my mind. We both walked towards the dining area. My parents and his parents were already on their seats. I was about to sit when he pulled a chair for me. My eyes widened and he gave me a smile. Reallyyyyy, is he in love with me now. hihihi. You really overthink a lot, Anshi.
I bowed my head to thank him and sat beside him. We all started eating. I was focused on my food while our parents were talking. He was indeed right, elders really love to gossip. "Do you want anything ?" Someone whispered snapping me out of my thoughts. I looked at Aahan, he was the one who asked me. "Huhh..!!" That's the only thing I could say. "Nevermind." He replied. What the hell is wrong with him. Whatever, I should focus on my food.
We all finished eating at the same time. The househelps took the plates and we stood up to move towards the sofa. "The food was really delicious, Mrs. Mehta." Aahan's mother complemented. "My pleasure." Mama said and smiled. They all sat and started talking again. Ohh god. How much more they have to talk. I sighed and sat beside...Aahan. Uneventually, he's the one I sat beside again. I started pretending like I am too much involved in their conversation. Well, what should I have for dinner. Maybe ice-creams or chocolates. "Anshi, you should go and buy some ice-creams." Dad claimed and I grinned. It was as if he heard my thoughts. Thanks Dad. I stood up to go but "I will also go with him." Aahan said. Whattttt. I glared at him and he passed me a smile. "Ohh that would be great." Aahan's father replied. I passed a forceful smile towards him. We both walked out of the door. He was about to approach his car when I stopped him. "Let's just walk." I said and he nodded.
We both were silent. The ice-cream shop was near our house, so, it doesn't take long to reach their. "Which one would you like to have ?" Aahan questioned. "Umm..one chocolate or maybe two chocolate or one chocolate and one vanilla or..." Before I could say anything else, he cut me off. "Are you sure you can eat all of that ?" He asked. "Yaa..I have a lot of space for ice-creams." I replied while pointing towards my stomach. He chuckled. Was that really funny. "Okk.. so grab whichever you want. I'll pay." He said and I smiled widely. That's really sweet of him. I took three ice-cream bars and three ice-cream cups. I moved towards him carrying all those things. "That's all for me." I said as I approached him. He smiled and said "okkk..so can you help me choose which one should I buy ?" He asked and I nodded. "What about this one ?" He said while pointing at a ice-cream bar. "It has too many nuts. It's as if we're eating nuts only." I replied and he pointed to the other one. "This one tastes like dark chocolate." I replied again. He nodded and pointed towards the other one. "It tastes like strawberry and chocolate are mixed together." I said and he turned to look for something else. I grabbed a ice-cream cup. "You should try this one." I said grabbing his attention. "Okyy.." he replied while taking the cup from my hand. We took some from our parents as well and walked towards the cashier. He payed for everything. I was about to take the polybag but he grabbed it from my hand. " Don't worry. I'll carry them." He replied as I looked at him. We both started walking.
"It seems like you really love ice-creams." He said while looking at the path. "Why ?" I questioned looking at him. "You really have a lot of knowledge about different ice-creams." He answered still looking at the path. "I really like tasting different ice-creams. That's why I know about their tastes." I replied and he nodded. "What about you ? You don't like ice-creams ?" I questioned and he looked at me with his eyebrows furrowed. "I mean you were taking a lot of time to think which flavour you should buy, so, I guessed you don't eat ice-creams much." I replied hesitantly. "Yaa..I guess it's unhealthy." He replied and I shot a glare at him. What does he mean..?? I mean yes it's unhealthy but it's tasty at the same time. Eating one bar can't make you fat.
We reached home. He gave our parents their ice-creams and sat beside me with his ice-cream. I was eating mine as well. "That's really nice." He said grabbing everyone's attention. I looked at him and he smile at me. "Thanks. Your choice is really good." He said and I smiled back. Our parents continued talking but I didn't pay interest on what they were talking until I listened "After the summer vacations, Aahan will also join Anshi's school." Aahan's mother said. "Ohh, that's really nice. They both can have each other's company." Mama replied while smiling at me. "So, Aahan can pick and drop Anshi for school." Aahan's father said. I and Aahan looked at each other. Then we turned to our parents. "If it's okayy for them ?" Aahan's father asked when he noticed us glaring. "Is it okay, Aahan ?" Dad asked him. I know he'll reject this idea. Why would he take a nuisance like me with him? Hahaha. "Okkk..I've no problem." He replied and I looked at him. Whatttt. I thought he hate me. And here he's agreeing to pick and drop me. This guy is really unbelievable. "Ohh that's great." Aahan's mom replied while others clapped in excitement. Why are they so happy. Whatever. "Thank you." I replied while passing a forceful smile to him.
After a while, Aahan's family stood up. "It's too late now. We should leave." Aahan's father said. "I wish you could stay a little longer." Dad said clearly unhappy. "Let's meet again at our place next time." Aahan's mother said. "It would be a pleasure." Mom replied. Our parents said goodbye to each other. "Byee Anshi. It was nice meeting you." Aahan said while approaching me. I smiled and said "Same here." I approached Aahan's parents. "Byee Uncle and Aunt." I greeted then with a slight smile. "Byee, Anshi." They both said together. They sat in their car. We waved at them as they left.
We all got back at our house. "It was really great meeting them. They all are so sweet." Mom said and I nodded. I didn't talk to them much but I can still say they are soo nice. "I told you they are so fun." Dad replied and mom and I chuckled. "Yaa.. also Aahan is so handsome and sweet." Mom said and I laughed. Yes he's handsome but sweet..?? Actually he is sweet because he let me buy my ice-creams. I noticed Mom and Dad looking at me. "What ?" I asked while giving them a questionable look. "Nothing." They both said in union. "Okk..I will go to my room. I'm tired." I replied and they nodded.
As soon as I reached my room, I threw myself on the bed. But my phone started ringing. I took my phone to check. And it was a message from an unknown number.

My eyes widened as I saw it. I knew who send that but I ignored and kept my phone aside. I laid back and stared at the ceiling thinking about Aahan. "He's really handsome." I said almost in a whisper and chuckled.
