POWER SYSTEM

READ!!! SPOILER ALERT!!!

I. Character Mechanics

Characters, including humans and intelligent races, are defined by a set of attributes, a progression system, and unique abilities.

A. Core Attributes

* Stats > Measure fundamental capabilities like Strength, Agility, Endurance, Intelligence, and more. These are the raw building blocks of a character's power.

* Level > Represents a character's overall experience and growth. As characters gain experience, their Level increases. When a level up happens the awakener get a permanent 3 attribute points to all attributes categories permanent while obtaining a free 2 undistributed attributes points for them to decide which to put them

* EXP > Experience Points are accumulated through various actions and are required to increase a character's Level.

* Rank > Indicates a character's overall threat level, ranging from F (lowest) to SSS (highest), with a "???" rank for ultimate unknown power.

B. Character Abilities

Characters possess a variety of abilities that define their unique combat style and potential.

1. Talents

* Definition > These are unique powers inherent to individuals. They are a primary source of a character's distinct capabilities.

Types of Talents:

* Manipulation: Influencing elements, energy, objects, forces, and abstract concepts.

* Alteration: Changing the properties or form of matter, energy, or living beings.

* Cognitive/Sensory: Affecting the mind and senses.

* Creation/Conjuration: Bringing forth new entities or substances.

* Temporal/Spatial: Influencing time and space.

* Special/Unique: Unprecedented or hard-to-categorize effects.

* Rarity/Power > Talents are ranked from F (Basic) to SSS (Divine), indicating their potency.

* Unlocking Potential > Characters can unlock hidden potential within their Talents through rare events, personal breakthroughs, or synergy with dungeon cores.

2. Racial Traits

* Definition > These are inherent bonuses or abilities directly tied to a character's race (e.g., Mutated Human).

* Progression > Racial Traits can evolve through significant events like awakenings or hybridization.

3. Class System (Humans & Intelligent Races Only)

* Availability > The Class System becomes available to characters once they reach Level 50.

* Purpose > A character's Class defines their skill style, combat path, and how their abilities progress.

Class Rarities:

Classes are not all equal; their rarity indicates their potential and accessibility:

* Normal Class > These are standard and widely accessible (e.g., Warrior, Mage).

* Elite Class > More potent and flexible, these are rare among common characters.

* Hidden Class > Requires special conditions to unlock and is often unlisted.

* Unique Class > As the name suggests, only one individual can hold this class at any given time.

* Monarch Class > Represents world-defining powers and is considered the legendary tier of evolution.

Class Mastery Tiers:

Beyond rarity, the true power of a Class is determined by its Mastery Tier. A higher Mastery Tier significantly multiplies a character's effective power.

* Novice (★) > Base Power > Just learned. Poor control.

* Adept (★★) > 2-5$\times$ Power > Has refined one path.

* Expert (★★★) > 10-25$\times$ Power > Skilled with versatility.

* Master (★★★★) > 50-100$\times$ Power > Dominates class use.

* Grandmaster (★★★★★) > 100s$\times$ Power > Transcends typical limits.

* Legend (★★★★★★) > 1000s$\times$ Power > Breaks rules of the class.

* Transcendent (★★★★★★★) > Reality-Influencing Power > World-affecting mastery.

* Divine (★★★★★★★★+) > Incalculable Power > God-like. Causes phenomena passively.

Condition for upgrading up mastery:

* Ascending Stone

* Near Death Experience. Strange Events.

* Enlightenedmen (Mastery over class, training, repeated action, or acquiring new knowledge)

> 💡 Important Note: Class Mastery is crucial. For example, a Normal Class at Legend Mastery is far more powerful than an Elite Class at Novice Mastery.

II. Monster System

Monsters operate under their own distinct set of rules regarding threat levels, innate abilities, and evolutionary paths.

A. Monster Rank (Threat Level)

Similar to characters, monsters are categorized by their threat and power level:

* Ranks > F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS, ???

B. Monster Class (Inborn)

* Definition > Unlike character classes, Monster Classes are fixed at birth (e.g., Brute, Shadowspawn, Reaper Maw).

* Evolution > While fixed, a monster's Class can evolve under specific, rare circumstances:

* Phenomenal events (e.g., mana storms, anomalies).

* Devouring higher lifeforms.

* Exposure to dungeon cores.

C. Monster Progression (Biological Evolution)

Monsters advance through tiers, significantly increasing their power compared to Ordinary monsters of the same Rank.

* Ordinary (★) > Weak creatures.

* Elite (★★★) > 5-10$\times$ stronger, can outmatch humans.

* Unique (★★★★) > 10-50$\times$, special traits.

* Boss (★★★★★) > 50-100$\times$, often rule dungeons.

* Variant (V + ★) > Mutated versions with variable threat.

* Transcendent (★★★★★★★) > Hundreds-Thousands$\times$, warp reality.

* Divine (★★★★★★★★+) > Incalculable. World-scale threats.

D. Monster Mastery (Instinctual Evolution)

Monsters also achieve Mastery, but their progression is instinctual and biologically driven, impacting their combat effectiveness and influence on the environment.

* Lesser > Comparable to Novice-Adept (Human) > Basic instincts only.

* Feral > Comparable to Expert (Human) > Tactical evolution (e.g., pack behavior).

* Greater > Comparable to Master (Human) > Gains resistances, combat strategy.

* Prime > Comparable to Grandmaster (Human) > Biological adaptation; dominates ecosystems.

* Elderborn > Comparable to Transcendent (Human) > Territory corruption, aura projection.

* Apex / Divine > Comparable to Divine (Human) > Breaks dungeon rules. Can cause disasters.

> 🆚 Mastery Comparison: A Rare-rank monster with Prime Mastery can overpower an Epic-rank monster with Lesser Mastery, showcasing the importance of Mastery.
