Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: The Four Kage's Annihilation

Even as enemies, the Five Kage—standing at the pinnacle of the shinobi world—couldn't help but acknowledge Yuyi Kurotsuki's monstrous talent. He was, without question, the strongest the Uzumaki Clan had produced in a thousand years.

But Yuyi himself was far from satisfied.

The foundation of ninjutsu lay in the nature transformation and shape manipulation of the seven chakra elements. From the very beginning, his goal had been clear:

Not merely to master Kekkei Genkai—but to go beyond.

To attain the power of "Kekkei Mōra"—the fusion of all seven chakra natures, surpassing even Kekkei Genkai and Kekkei Tōta.

Those who reached the Ōtsutsuki-level didn't necessarily possess Kekkei Mōra…

But those who did were undeniably among the strongest of that realm.

Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki.

As a shinobi, Yuyi needed that power.

Not just to dominate the ninja world—but to achieve immortality.

Having been reborn into this life, he refused to accept a mere century before returning to dust.

The Uzumaki Clan, though ancient—descended from the same era as the Senju and Uchiha, even sharing ties with the Sage of Six Paths—had long since diluted their bloodline. Relying on heritage alone to ascend was impossible.

As for the other path—becoming the Ten-Tails' Jinchūriki…

After learning how Kaguya had fused with the Divine Tree, Yuyi wanted nothing to do with it. He had no interest in ending up like a certain laughing Uchiha madman.

That left only one road: mastering Kekkei Mōra through sheer skill.

There were shinobi who had mastered all seven chakra natures—Hatake Kakashi, for example.

But perfectly fusing them?

No one had ever done it.

Thanks to his reincarnation, Yuyi had been a prodigy since childhood, mastering the seven basic natures with ease.

But merging them?

Even for him, it was agonizingly difficult.

Still, while Kekkei Mōra remained out of reach, Kekkei Genkai—requiring only two natures instead of seven—had come naturally. Through trial and error, he'd developed countless bloodline abilities.

Hence his reputation: "The Man Who Rivals the Gods."

"A shame," Yuyi mused, watching the Four Kage dismantle his ice techniques. "Not a true god. Not even the current 'God of Shinobi' qualifies."

He needed more time—but time was running out.

"Perhaps… it's time to prepare an escape."

His gaze flickered toward the battlefield's edge—where a certain white-haired figure stood with arms crossed, watching intently. Before their eyes could meet, Yuyi looked away.

[Host must complete the Newbie Mission immediately.]

A cold, mechanical voice echoed in his mind.

"Trash system."

Yuyi cursed inwardly, ignoring the malfunctioning nuisance as he refocused on the battle.

The Four Kage had launched their counterattack.

Ninjutsu of unprecedented scale surged toward him, far beyond what ordinary shinobi could muster.

"Old bastards. Why won't you just die already?"

With a single-handed seal, Yuyi unleashed:

"Ice Release: One-Horned White Whale!"

OOOOOOH—!

A deep, resonant cry shook the heavens as a colossal ice whale erupted from the waters, its shadow blotting out the sky before crashing down like a natural disaster.

BOOOOOOM—!

The earth trembled. A shockwave of water and debris exploded outward.

Yuyi waved away the aftermath—then frowned.

As the caster, he could sense his technique's status.

Amid the settling dust, the First Tsuchikage, Ishikawa, stood firm—his small frame somehow holding up the gargantuan whale with sheer brute force.

"Earth Release: Super Light-Weight Rock Technique!"

Muscles straining, Ishikawa heaved—lifting the ice whale inch by inch before hurling it back at Yuyi with a roar.

"Take it back!"

"Stubborn old rock," Yuyi muttered.

With another seal, the whale melted mid-air, transforming back into a tidal wave meant to block the incoming A and Reto.

But just as he prepared to redirect it—

An external chakra hijacked his control.

"Byakuren!" Yuyi spat.

Seizing the opening, A and Reto closed the distance.

"AGAIN!"

A's body flared with Tailed Beast-level chakra, his fist slamming toward Yuyi with obliterating force.

Yuyi met it head-on—his Steel Release-reinforced arm clashing against A's monstrous physique.

CLANG—!

The impact sounded like two mountains colliding.

A skidded back, unharmed. Yuyi staggered slightly—

And in that split second—

A blade of wind aimed straight for his eye.

Reto's Wind-Infused Sword—impossible to block, even with Steel Release.

At the same time—

Earthen hands burst from below, locking Yuyi's legs in place.

And beside him—

Byakuren materialized, his hands already weaving the Mizukage's ultimate Water Prison.

Even if Yuyi survived Reto's strike, escape was now impossible.

In the span of a breath—

The Four Kage's deadly coordination had sealed his fate.
