Standing outside of the office building were six individuals with bright white hooded robes. Joe quickly told Josh"these are the ones who attacked the group we were protecting. they all have the same White energy power. I don't quite understand it but it makes them as strong as me and as fast as Tom" that was troubling news for Josh even though he now had several powers. strength speed fire wind earth and his weird purple power he felt he was not experienced enough this might be difficult. He told Joe and James " make sure they do not get back to the community behind the building I will do my best to take them out" Joe looking confused was about to speak but the men in white robes started laughing hysterically. The one in the middle who had a star on his robe said "you think you stand a chance against us they are all level four and I am level five you are no match surrender and die or fight and die doesn't matter either way" as they continued laughing Joe spoke" Josh quit being delusional you're a good guy but there's nothing you can do"Josh responded with" the thing I needed to tell you in private is the reason I can stand up to them. as long as I can touch one of them this might get real easy. trust me One last Time Joe" " okay Josh .James and I will protect the community show us what You're made of" James went to interject but Joe pulled him away before he could.
As the laughing died down Josh stood across from them about 20 ft away. Two of the robed underlings raised their hands as their hands started to glow theyshot white energy balls straight at Josh. but he had already activated the speed power boosted by energy of his other powers bringing it to level four and was able to just dodge them. he then bolted forward when he was within inches of the group leader. the leader was glowing and was just a tad faster striking Josh sending him back the five underlings started glowing then started running forward at a fast speed close to the same speed Josh was moving at. He quickly got off the ground and put energy into his new fire ability. sending a small wall of fire towards the enemys. as they were all hit they were sent back a few feet but then started charging up light blasts again sending them hurling at Josh. hitting him and sending him into the building wall causing a few cracks to appear.
"Dammit " Josh roared " what are they doing" All six of them had quickly surrounded him with the leader saying " you seem stronger than I thought I'll take you back to the Almighty for experimentation" light energy came from all of them creating a dome cage out of light energy around Josh. Josh could feel the energy trying to sap his strength he knew he did not have much time activating the strength power he struck at the cage a few times but nothing happened the leader laughing said"you have already lost give it up and maybe we will spare one or two people of your choosing here. Or maybe not maybe we'll just kill them all anyways hahaha".
Josh was now getting very upset activating the speed power drawing it just to his brain causing him to be able to think 10 times faster he started to formulate plans and within seconds he was ready. He had not tried boosting Powers with more than one power yet he was afraid it could cause harm to his body but he was now left with no choice. Moving all of his power into the fire ability raising it all the way to level six he covered himself in fire energy and exploded it out shattering the light cage like glass and sending all six of the enemies flying away.
Josh noticed it cost him about thirty percent of his energy and after what he had used before he was down to about half so he knew he had to do this quickly. Putting everything into the speed ability which was now at level six a green layer of energy covered Josh and he moved faster than he had ever moved before sending leaves and debris flying around him and within a second he had grabbed the leader by the neck skin touching skin. SNickering as Josh felt the ball of light energy form inside of him noticeably at the fifth level he said with a smile "you just lost " activating the strength power he crushed the leader's throat and then quickly moved on to the next striking one with an overpowered punch another with a roundhouse kick punch after Punch kick after kick they all fell quickly and just like that they were no longer breathing.
As Josh stood there thinking he heard a noise and then felt something heard a slice and saw a sword come out of his stomach stumbling forward as fast as he could turning around he saw the leader still alive. His neck seemed fine what was going on. Laughing the leader said"this power can do many things and now I will use it to crush you" his body began to glow brighter than before but before he could do anything Josh started glowing but he was glowing even brighter pushing the sword out Josh pulled the energy to his stomach and the wound started to heal it wouldn't be immediate but he would be okay it should be healed within minutes.
"N n no " the leader started to stutter" how is this possible this is not possible" he was having a full-on mental breakdown but Josh did not give him the opportunity to think any longer drawing all his power to his fingers josh shot a light beam right through the leader's heart ending him in a moment. He then used his fire power to turn him to nothing but ashes "he won't be coming back this time" by the time the body was gone Josh had already healed. And icing on the cake he noticed his main ability had increased even further to level four. He was starting to feel unstoppable.
