As Yuji was watching television with his plate of food at the side, he took a deep sigh and stood up, he stretched a little "So much for a Saturday. Not like I'm not enjoying it, but its vibe just has a mix of better and worse.", he picked up his plate and went to the kitchen. As Yuji was washing his dish, he thought to himself "What if grandpa was right? I mean, each time I fight, I always aim to kill on the spot.", he started to picture the very few fights in the missions he has gone through since he became an assassin "I mean, as an assassin or soldier, one has to kill their opponents. It's either you kill them, or they kill you. But still, I need to tone it down.". Yuji had a small flashback on the sparing match he had with Kazuma when they first started learning under Ranpo "When I first fought Kazuma in a friendly clash, I almost killed him. If he wasn't sharp enough to dodge and react and if Ranpo didn't stop us from fighting, I could have killed him by accident.", Yuji just sighed and muttered "Maybe grandpa was right. I should be more friendly and tone it down a bit.". Yuji looked through the window of the kitchen, he was enjoying the bright blue sky of the city "Imagine I grow up and have kids with the same problem I'm facing, it's going to be hard trying to reform them.". After Yuji had washed his dish, he cleaned his hand and walked through the living room. On his way outside, he called out to his grandfather who was sitting on the couch, he was meditating. "Granpa Nagumo, I'm going out. I'll see you later. Okay?", Yuji told his grandfather. Nagumo opened his eyes and replied "Yeah, take care of yourself boy. Don't get into trouble.". Yuji leapt out of the house from roof top to roof top, he thought to himself "Granpa was right, I should skip training today, although I'll still have a small training session with my daggers. Maybe just play with them for a bit.". Two hours later, Yuji was sitting on a building, the breeze was toying with his blur hair, he was playing with his daggers "I don't have any special ability other than using energy to amplify my movements and shoot out slashes, but atleast I'm good at it, and that's what keeps me going.". Yuji closed his eye's while letting the breeze brush on him, he suddenly heard a female voice "Hey Yuji.", Yuji immediately tensed up. The boy looked back and saw Regina(A girl with long pink hair, pink eyes and a clothing that resembled an everyday casual wear and an assassins costume at the same time.), Yuji's face slightly turned red "Uh... What are you.... doing here.... Reginaaaa.?!", Regina was a bit oblivious "Hm? What's the problem, Yuji? You having a fever?", Yuji thought to himself "SHIT! IM SO FUCKING SCARED THAT I CANT SAY MY DAMN WORDS STRAIGHT!!", he yelled in his head. Yuji replied in a shy manner "Ah, nothing. I'm just a bit caught off guard. How's your day going?", Regina walked towards him and sat with him "Its going fine. I usually come here to take a good breeze, but now I saw you here. Is everything good?", Yuji replied with his shyness slowly fading "Nah, I'm fine, I'm just trying to get good fresh air and take a break from training.". Regina smiled at him "That's good. Although it's odd. You and Kazuma are always training, non stop. You in particular are obsessed with training while Kazuma is rather addicted to it, but in a good way.", Yuji's facial expressions was wearing a wierd smile with his eyes tilted to the side "You got that right.", he muttered. Regina asked him "Did you say something?", Yuji replied with a smile "No, it's nothing.". They sat at the top of a building, Yuji thought to himself "Regina, she's a female assassin the same age as me, she's also from the spirit clan, just like Kazuma. And she's.... the girl I like.". As Yuji was about to say something, Regina spoke "Hey Yuji, I saw Kazuma and Mio in an amusement park earlier. I said hi to them and asked of you. Kazuma told me....."
She flashbacked to Kazuma scratching his head with a nervous smile and telling her "Oh, him? He's probably crushing on you at a corner.. I mean, he's probably busy.". Yuji couldn't help but to feel annoyed in a way "That idiot... He's always doing the most.", he thought to himself. Regina could clearly see that he was slightly pissed, she giggled. Yuji asked "Is there a problem?", Regina replied with a smile "Its just that as serious as you can be, you are a really funny person. And that's why I like you.". Yuji smiled nervously for a moment "Oh, um... thank you...", he snapped out of it "Wait, what?". Regina smiled at Yuji and told him again "I said I like how sharp and funny you can be. It's why I like you.". Yuji on hearing this thought to himself, it was like as if he was floating in a dark void "Is this really happening? She just said she liked me. My own crush..... said she liked me. She didn't even beat around the bush for long before saying it. Is this some kind of illusion?". Regina snapped her finger and asked "Yuji? Are you okay?", Yuji's face was beat red "Ahhh, yeah sure! Sure. Um I like you too.", Yuji thought to himself "SHIIIIITTTT!!". Regina just laughed and hugged him "Really? That's so cool.", Yuji thought to himself "WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW?!". Kazuma and Mio on the other hand were watching this display from another building. They both gave each other a high-five "YESS!", they exclaimed. Later at night, Yuji and Regina were going separate ways after spending the day together, Regina waved "See you at the academy tommorow, Yuji.", Yuji waved back "Yeah, see ya.". As Yuji was walking by himself on the streets, hands in his pockets, he thought to himself "Did the universe just bless me? Well whatever, it doesn't matter.", he had a happy look on his face as he looked at the sky "SHE LIKES ME BACK!!", he thought to himself with his mind racing with excitement. As he kept walking, he came into contact with Volt Light Devil(13 years old, blue hair with lighting designs on it.), Volt greeted him with a simple wave "Hey Yuji haven't seen you in a while.", Yuji replied "Huh? Volt? What's up.". The two boys gave each other a dap.
