Opening Scene:
The movie begins in a neon-lit, morally decaying city. We are introduced to Martin, a quiet and seemingly polite 23-year-old college student. He works at a local market.
> "Here is your order, ma'am," he says with a practiced smile, handing over groceries.
Martin returns to his small apartment. Alone in his room, he looks out the window and murmurs,
> "Life is changing too fast... I feel so quiet."
---
College & The First Kill:
At school, Martin blends in, reserved and invisible. He studies, walks the halls unnoticed. But one day, while walking, he spots a woman. He picks up his pace, approaches her, and stabs her.
> "I love the blood... it's art. My art," he whispers.
---
Detective Lauron's Case Begins:
Detective Lauron, a man obsessed with psychological and strange crimes, is called to the scene.
> "Could this really be vampirism? Only a monster would make a murder look this elegant."
---
Martin & Carmilla:
Martin is seen sipping juice and watching the sky calmly. Carmilla, a classmate, walks up.
> "Hey Martin, have you seen Lisa?" "I don't know." "Wanna get lunch together?" "No thanks. I have class. It's our last year, after all."
---
Graveyard Encounter with Jorsh:
At night, Martin walks alone and stumbles upon Jorsh, a man burying a woman he killed.
> Martin: "I like your work. Need help, buddy?" Jorsh: "You're not shocked?" Martin: "We're the same. But I need the blood. You'll help me collect it."
They make a twisted agreement.
---
Lauron Investigates Further:
Lauron consults Forbes, an expert in bizarre crimes.
> Forbes: "The blood was drained... ritualistic. One wound looks like a bite, another like a scratch."
Lauron starts to believe the killer might be some kind of vampire.
---
Lisa's Flashback:
We learn that Lisa has been missing for four days. Flashback reveals:
Martin rings her doorbell. When she answers, he uses a drugged handkerchief. She wakes up tied up.
> Martin: "Welcome to paradise." Lisa: "What...?"
Martin collects her blood into plastic bags, pours it into a wine glass, and drinks it.
> Martin: "Soon you'll be dead. Want a sip of your blood before you go?" Lisa: "You're a monster." Martin: "I said don't talk."
He cuts her tongue, injects her, and calmly ends her life.
---
Talking with Isla – The Confession:
Martin confides in Isla, an old woman.
> "Cristina left me. The old man tried to kill me. He used exorcism on me, but I tricked him."
Flashback:
Martin overhears the old man planning to kill him. He drugs a stranger to fake his own death. The old man mistakenly kills the wrong person.
Later, Martin returns. He ties the old man, hammers a mallet-stake into his mouth, and burns him alive.
> "That was your vampire hunter moment."
Martin to Isla:
> "After what happened, I can't even become human again. What do you think I am? A monster... or just broken?"
---
Liam's Scene – Revenge:
Cristina had once told Lauron about Liam, a butcher who killed her friend.
Liam, now older, celebrates on a fishing trip. Martin disguises himself as a waiter.
> Martin: "You killed a woman 15 years ago. She had a child." Liam: "Yeah, I was drunk. So what?" Martin: "That child was me."
Martin kills him. As he drinks Liam's blood, Lauron arrives.
> Lauron: "Hands up. Turn around... it's you? The same guy I questioned?" Martin: "Yes... but I'm not evil. Just born broken. You could've been me."
Jorsh ambushes Lauron, beating his face in. Martin twists Lauron's head 360 degrees. Then Martin turns and shoots Jorsh.
---
Final Hospital Scene:
Lauron survives, though paralyzed and disfigured. In the hospital, Martin visits wearing a doctor's mask.
> "I came to say goodbye. We met three times, officer. It was fun." "I drank two people's blood today. That vampire in me still lives." "But I'm not doing this to be evil—I'm doing it because I must know what I am."
Martin walks out. Lauron stares silently at the window.
Movie Ends.
