POV: Aarav
It was past 11:00 PM when his phone rang.
> Mom: "Beta, just reminding you — I've organized a party tomorrow for you and your adorable girlfriend. Don't forget to come, okay?"
> Aarav (sitting up straight): "Wait—what party?! MOM?! I told you to keep this private!"
Mom (cheerfully): "Well you didn't tell me fast enough! I already invited everyone. CEOs, old family friends… everyone knows. Now behave like a boyfriend tomorrow."
> Aarav (muttering): "Behave like a—MOM!"
Mom: "Love you, beta!" click.
He groaned, shot up, and practically ran to Bunny's room.

He knocked once and then barged in.
> Aarav (out of breath): "Do you have a nice white dress?"
Bunny (blinking in her hoodie): "Um... no? Why?"
Aarav: "Oh no. Oh no no no no no."
Bunny: "WHAT?"
Aarav: "My mom… planned a whole party. For us. Tomorrow. Couple party. Everyone's invited."
Bunny (screaming): "YOU SAID LOW-KEY!"
Aarav: "I KNOW. GET UP. WE'RE GOING SHOPPING."

Scene — Private Designer Boutique
It was nearly midnight. The shop was open — because it was his.
The manager personally opened the glass doors.
> Manager: "Sir… you want the romantic section, yes?"
Aarav (embarrassed): "Just give us everything in white."
Bunny stepped into the changing room. One dress. Then another. Too frilly. Too plain.
Until she stepped out wearing a soft white satin dress, short and simple — with lace sleeves and a low back.
Aarav froze mid-sentence.
His breath stopped. Eyes scanned from her collarbone to her knees and back up.
> Aarav (softly): "...wow."
Bunny (nervous): "What? Don't stare like that. It's not even that nice."
Aarav (stepping closer, voice low):
"You don't know how dangerous you look right now."
> Bunny (blushing, mumbling): "Then stop looking."
---
A beat. Silence. Too close.
> Aarav (thinking):
This was supposed to be fake. Why does she look like the only thing real in my life right now?
