Chapter 1 - Prologue

My life proceeded normally. Like any other human, I lived a normal daily life—school, college, work. This life wasn't like the novels I enjoyed reading, where the protagonist's life was full of upheaval, ups and downs, and various extreme events that could only happen in fantasy.

My name is Dianno Armendez. I lived until I was 28 years old, with a stable life, sufficient finances, and a good girlfriend, everything felt perfect. One could say, my regret was how short the life I lived as myself on Earth truly was. Twenty-eight years isn't an age where I could experience what one might call enough... I also had a dream, if I may say so. I... I wanted to have a large and harmonious family. At least 11 children, enough for a football team—wouldn't that be great? Hahaha

The first child absolutely had to be a girl. I wanted her to be a good person, with a beautiful face and a gentle personality, just like my girlfriend. As for the other children, I'd be satisfied as long as they, if they were boys, didn't idolize someone like Taylerina Sweet (I mean, nothing wrong if it's the girls, but my boys... NO) ,or if they were girls, they weren't influenced by things like feminism and other 'abnormal' things. Essentially, I wanted them to be normal humans with good lives without any deviations.

My girlfriend, she was a good woman. Her charm melted me, her gentle smile and great personality—she truly deserved to be the mother of my children.

Yes... But That's all just a dream now.

...

I died.

No, more accurately, my girlfriend and I died.

How would you feel seeing your precious lover's head crushed by a truck speeding from the opposite direction at an insane velocity? Her body was mangled, blood spilled and filled the inside of the car. I still couldn't believe what I saw. My eyes didn't blink, filled with disbelief at what had just happened. All of this occurred in less than 3 seconds, yet I felt time moved incredibly slowly.

That truck, that damn truck, for some reason only hit the side of my car where the passenger seat was. My half-destroyed car, due to the impact, flipped over and crashed into the road barrier. I still remember, with blood all over my face, sitting upside down in my half-wrecked car.

Fire began to appear at the front of the car, likely caused by a leak after the collision. With blurry eyes and ringing ears, I could only sit there, gripping the steering wheel, unable to process what was happening. My lover was dead, lying lifeless in the passenger seat, leaving only her legs and an incomplete torso. Before I could process this event, a reddish-orange color covered my vision. All I knew after that was the sound of an explosion.

*BOOOOM!!!*

And yes, this is the story of how I died.

----------

Alvurngsem Empire, year 1977

On a cold night, heavy rain and occasional lightning strikes could be heard from afar. Inside the palace walls of the Empire stood a grand statue. This statue, over 20 meters tall, was of a very beautiful goddess, with a sacred aura. The statue was posed with her left hand touching her collarbone, her gaze cast downwards with a happy expression, and her right hand extended towards the interior of the palace.

----------

"Uwaaaa, uwaaaa!!"

"Congratulations, Your Majesty, your child was born healthy and safe; she is a beautiful baby girl."

Inside the palace, a room furnished with a large bed, wardrobes, a table, and various luxurious and expensive items, was the chamber of the Emperor of this palace, Emperor Isaac Von Kerzula III. Sitting on a chair made of the finest materials, the Emperor smiled, with the widest and happiest smile of his life, looking at the baby carefully held by the doctor in front of him. This very tiny baby, only the size of a drinking bottle, was his child. His first child.

"Ohoho, my child, my child! Let me see, hahaha!" With immense joy, he held his first child. Her hair, as red as blood, just like his own, was proof of their blood ties.

"Darling, with this, I have decided that our child's name is Juliestica Von Kerzula. I hope our child will become a child who can make this Empire proud and make this Empire even more glorious, hahaha!"

"Yes, dear. Juliestica, a beautiful name. I like it." The Queen replied. Though weak, she smiled happily, a tear falling from her beautiful eyes. The Emperor, seeing this, placed Juliestica beside the Queen. The Queen hugged her, and she fell asleep with a smile on her face.

That night was a night that would be remembered as the birth night of the empress of destiny, the leader of the strongest Empire in the world.

----------

And that happened 7 years ago. Exactly 7 years ago, when the first imperial princess, Juliestica Von Kerzula, was born. Here, in the Empire where I live.

That prologue, undoubtedly, is the prologue from the novel I read titled "The Strongest Empress". And it seems I, Dianno Armendez—no, my name is now Alex Argwager—have been reborn into the novel I once read.

....

No, what is this?
