Scene 1: Mide's Apartment, Lekki. 3:22 AM
Mide sits alone, hoodie up, staring at a flashing laptop screen. His eyes are bloodshot. News pops up: "Another Tech Executive Found Dead."
He shuts it off.
A knock on the door.
Teejay (outside):
"Bro, open. It's done."
Mide opens the door to find Teejay soaked, nervous, and with blood on his shirt.
Mide:
"You didn't do what I think you did."
Teejay (defensive):
"He was talking. He knew too much. He told Ghost he was gonna flip."
Mide:
"And now Ghost is missing... And you made the first move?"
Teejay throws a bloodstained chain on the table.
Teejay: This was on him."
Mide's eyes narrow. It's Ghost's chain—the one Mama Ronke gave him before she died.
Mide: You better pray he ain't dead... 'cause if he is, you just started a war."
SCENE 2: Mainland – Oba's Secret Lounge
Chief Oba listens to old Fuji music, sipping ogogoro, watching the chaos unfold on his CCTV feed.
His assistant walks in.
Assistant: Mide's crew is shaking. Ghost might be dead."
Oba (smirks): Good. Now let's see who breaks first... the hacker or the hustler."
SCENE 3: Flashback – 5 Years Earlier
Mama Ronke in a modest home. Young Mide codes while Ghost teaches Teejay to shoot a plastic pistol.
Mama Ronke (to Mide): You boys will build an empire. Just promise me… never raise a gun to each other."
Back to Present.
Mide wipes his face. Teejay is pacing. A long silence.
Mide (coldly):You'll lie low. No more moves. If Ghost shows up alive, we settle this clean. If not… you're next.
