Chapter 1 - 1-The Beginning

19th January, 2004 – India

A young man in a suit walked home, his steps steady but tired. His face showed a strange mix—fatigue from the long day, yet a spark of youthful energy still lingered in his eyes. He was handsome, with a well-trained body that hinted at discipline and strength.

But what stood out most were his eyes—not their color, which was the same deep black as most people's, but something else. There was a depth in them, a kind of pull that made you want to look twice. His name was Abhimanyu.

He stepped into his apartment, loosened his tie, he made his way to the shower, letting the hot water wash away the week's exhaustion.

"What a tiring week," he muttered, rubbing his temples. "Work's been draining."

Later, feeling refreshed, he came back to his room, sank into bed, and picked up his phone. The screen lit up with dense articles—scientific, historical, maybe even philosophical. He scrolled slowly, reading with quiet focus.

His room was an odd mix—two very different priorities coexisting in one space.

One wall was lined from top to bottom with books. Fantasy novels, science fiction, volumes on atoms, time, evolution, and cosmology. Thick tomes covering the rise and fall of civilizations—both ancient and modern. It wasn't a random collection. It was chosen, piece by piece, with care. Anyone stepping in would think: this guy's a bookworm.

But the opposite side of the room told another story entirely.

A punching bag hung in the corner, its center worn from repeated strikes. A treadmill stood near the window, angled to catch the morning light. A small rack of free weights sat neatly beside it, and above them hung a sword—clean, unused, but clearly cared for. The whole setup was like a private dojo fused with a personal library.

This wasn't just a room. It was a reflection of a mind torn between knowledge and strength, books and battle.

Abhimanyu looked up from his phone, eyes settling on the sword above the weights. He spoke softly, almost to himself.

"Even if I study martial arts… all kinds of arts—none of it matters. Nothing stands a chance against a nuclear bomb. Or even a simple gun."

There was no drama in his voice. No fear. Just a quiet truth. The kind that doesn't sit well, no matter how many times you think it through.

Ding!

Suddenly, an emergency message popped up. He clicked the link, and a video began to play.

"Hello, everyone, I'm reporter Nisha. We are in a state of emergency. International Space Agencies have detected a cosmic phenomenon spreading across multiple galaxies. As you can see in the sky behind me, there are what appear to be cracks in space."

Abhimanyu leaned forward, his expression turning serious.

"We've analyzed the data and believe that powerful energy waves are disrupting the earth's gravitational fields."

Abhimanyu did not know why, but he had a hunch that something bad was going to happen. Do not think that this is just his feeling. Ever since he was young, he always had an extraordinary intuition.

That intuition had saved his life many times.

As he watched the news with growing concern, he wondered what he should do. Meanwhile, chaos erupted worldwide. The small, barely visible cracks in the sky began to expand rapidly, resembling the effects of White Beard's devil fruit ability from the One Piece anime show Abhimanyu enjoyed in his spare time.

As the cracks grew more prominent, panic spread across the globe. People everywhere began to ask the same question: "Is this the end of the world?"

While the whole world was trying to understand the cause of this strange phenomenon—and how to properly deal with it—people began to get swallowed by nearby space cracks.

As soon as Abhimanyu's intuition kicked in, he jumped to his feet and ran outside. But unfortunately for him, before he could get far, a space crack suddenly appeared right in front of him—and swallowed him whole.

The Earth erupted in a catastrophic blast. The sonic waves from the explosion tore through the atmosphere with a fury unmatched by any weapon known to man.

The force was so immense, it rippled through the vacuum of space, reaching all the way to the Moon. Its surface cracked like shattered glass under pressure.

Cities crumbled in seconds. Oceans boiled. Every form of life was wiped out in an instant. There were no screams, no sirens—just one all-consuming sound that brought everything to an end. From the quiet corners of forgotten forests to the busy heart of civilization, nothing was spared.

Earth was no longer a planet. It was reduced to countless asteroids drifting aimlessly through the void.
