The skies were golden-orange as the sun set over the horizon.
The "training field" — once grassy and green — now looked like a warzone. Cracked ground, bent trees, a training dummy stuck in the clouds (no one knew how it got there).
Ara and Ji Hoon were lying on the ground like flat pancakes.
Hajin was calmly doing push-ups with one hand.
Kang Woo sat cross-legged on a rock, whistling a cheerful tune.
And then there was Yunhee… standing in front of them, arms crossed, ladle still in hand like a divine weapon.

The Aftermath of Wrath
Kang Woo chuckled nervously.
> "Dear wife… surely you wouldn't strike your husband, a God, with a kitchen utensil?"
> "Try me," she said.
SMACK.
Ji Hoon whispered from the ground:
> "Truly… she is the strongest."
Claire, from the distance, nodded approvingly.
> "Never underestimate mom-type power scaling."

Dinner Time
Soon, a picnic blanket was laid out. Warm food, fresh soup, roasted meat — a proper feast.
Everyone gathered around, bruised but alive. Hajin poured tea. Yunhee served portions. Even Kang Woo looked at peace.
Ji Hoon slumped on his mom's shoulder.
> "Today was a nightmare."
> "I think my spirit left my body and tried to get a refund."
Ara leaned her head on Hajin.
> "I can't feel my bones."
Yunhee smiled gently, brushing Ji Hoon's hair.
> "But you survived."
> "And tomorrow, you'll be stronger."
Kang Woo added with a sly grin:
> "Or you'll die and I'll revive you as zombies."
Both kids groaned in unison.

A Quiet Moment
As the stars came out, Kang Woo looked up, thoughtful.
> "You know… when I trained in Murim, we never had moments like this."
> "It was blood. War. Loss."
He looked at his wife. His kids. His brother. Friends.
> "But this... this is nice."
For the first time in a long time — since Murim fell, since Yunhee died, since he reached Godhood and stood alone in a mountain of corpses — Kang Woo smiled… softly.
> "What a day."
