Chapter 6------Discovery
Dominic POV
Seriously when Lucinda was talking about punishing Nova, I visualized whipped, punching.That kinda thing but what she did is extremely barbaric.I told her not to cause fatal wounds but what she did is worse than fatal.
As soon as I saw Lucinda picking up the knife I knew something was wrong so I went to the torture room.What I found there was a ghastly scene of murder.i pushed Lucinda away then I broke the straps and carried Nova.
Damn it.This isn't how I do things.Then she said
"Daddy, w..why did you t....t..a.ke so long, she...w...o.u.l.d have kill...ed Nicole.Y.....you c....hanged.If I die.....sell my....parts a....and g...e..t N..icky treated t.....ell her.....i lo....ve he....r."While coughing blood.
Then she passed out.Do I look like her dad or something.However,this makes me wonder what kind of family she lives in.I'll do a background check on her.
I walked to the clinic room where Doctor Marshalls works, he's my private doctor.i opened the door then walked to the bed and laid her down, she's bleeding profusely.
He connected the IV and drip then examined her.
"She needs a hospital right away.She ruptured a lung, her kidney has a hole and the knife which is in her chest dented her heart, if it is moved any further it's sudden death. It's a wonder how she's still breathing."he said after he was done with the examining
Shit this is bad, she can't die yet.I haven't broken her yet.
"Call the hospital and ready my jet.Under no circumstances is she to die, if she does you're following her."
The preparations were done in two minutes.We went to the roof to board the jet and off we went to the hospital.
In a few minutes we reached my hospital.The doctors were ready to welcome us.As soon as the jet landed they wheeled her into the operating room.
I sat on the waiting chair, my brain pondering on the possibilities and the punishment I was going to enact on that darned wrench Lucinda.
"Sir I brought clothes."a familiar voice said.
It was Marcus.I took the clothes and went to the rest room.I stood in front of the mirror and stared at my reaction.My white shirt was red from all that blood.Lucinda is going to regret it, Noone stains my Italian silk.I changed my clothes and went back to the waiting area.
I sat down and started pressing my phone while planning on my next heist on a rival gang, the Wolves. Mine is called Dominion. After about an hour the operation room opened.
Only one doctor came out.he walked straight to where I was.
"Sir are you the next of kin of Nova Mark's? "
I nodded.I'll just go with it.
"She needs a blood transfusion and we don't have type O blood."he said
"Unfortunately I'm Type AB,is she out of danger yet?"I asked
"Not yet, she needs a blood transfusion within the hour if we're late, she might not make it."
"I'll help with that, I'll donate blood for my daughter to live."an unfamiliar voice said
I looked and the shock on my face must've been evident, now I remember where I saw that tattoo she had on her back before.It's an emblem my father showed me when I was a child a dragon with a crown the insignia for the Wolves gang.
And this guy who is speaking is the leader, you can't mistake it because of his purple eyes and orange hair.
"What do you mean by that Wolf?"I asked
"Surely even a simpleton like you should know, I mean that Nova is my daughter.If you did anything to her then brace yourself for war."he said in response
Not that I'm afraid of him but I don't want a war, besides my gang is more advanced than his.
"She's mine now Wolf, now fuck off."I said indifferently
He chuckled and followed the doctor to the operation room, is that even allowed?.This is seriously going to be a problem but I'm counting on it, he wouldn't break the oath because he signed it himself.
