Amelia nodded, a faint smile on her lips as she watched Fifth Young Master leave the room. Once the door closed behind him, she turned her attention fully to Leticia, her expression softening.
"Now then," she began, pulling out a chair for Leticia.
"Let's start with something simple. Can you tell me the alphabet?"
Leticia sat down, her brow furrowing in concentration as she recited the alphabet perfectly. Amelia raised an eyebrow, impressed by the girl's memory and pronunciation.
"That's excellent," she said encouragingly.
"It seems you have a good foundation to build upon."
Leticia got three other teaches one for etiquette, one is music, while to other is academic, the one with etiquette is Amelia she was kind but she was also two face. Leticia did not care to much since she wanted a rewarded she just sucked it up not complaining. Fifth Young Master went out for a mission which he would be gone for a month.
As the days turned into weeks, Leticia threw herself into her studies with unwavering dedication. She attended each lesson diligently, from academic subjects to etiquette and music, always striving to excel and earn the promised reward from Fifth Young Master. Despite Amelia's dual nature, Leticia remained focused on her goals, refusing to let the tutor's occasional sharp remarks dampen her spirits.
Meanwhile, Fifth Young Master was away on a critical mission that would keep him occupied for an entire month. The mansion felt eerily quiet in his absence, and Leticia found herself longing for his presence more than she cared to admit. She poured her energy into her lessons, determined to make him proud upon his return.
One evening, as Leticia practiced the piano under Amelia's guidance, she noticed a strange sensation wash over her.
Leticia was a quick learner so she only needed to hear it once and she can play it like a pro but she did not want other to complain she always made sure to play the level everyone believed she can play.
In class with Professor Luke he found this girl was little genius as she answered all his questions and she saw the thesis of science course she frowned deeply.
"What is Miss Leticia," Professor Luke asked.
"May I speak my mind?" She asked. Professor Luke was another of her class private tutor.
Professor Luke nodded, intrigued by Leticia's sudden seriousness. He had grown accustomed to her cheerful demeanor and quick wit, but this was a side of her he had not seen before.
"Of course," he said gently.
"Please, speak your mind."
Leticia took a deep breath, gathering her thoughts before speaking.
"This thesis," she began, pointing at the science textbook.
"It's flawed. The hypothesis is incomplete, and the methodology has several gaps."
Professor Luke's eyes widened in surprise. He had expected Leticia to ask for clarification or express confusion, not critique the very foundation of the thesis.
"Can you elaborate?" he asked carefully.
Professor Luke listened intently as Leticia pointed out the flaws in the thesis, her explanations clear and concise. He found himself increasingly impressed by her analytical skills and depth of understanding. It was as if she possessed an innate ability to grasp complex concepts and identify weaknesses that even he, a seasoned scholar, had overlooked.
As Leticia continued her critique, Professor Luke's mind raced with possibilities. Could it be that this seemingly innocent girl was a prodigy, a onceinalifetime talent? He had heard whispers of such individuals, but to encounter one in his own classroom was beyond his wildest dreams.
"Miss Leticia," he said when she finally paused for breath.
"I must say, I am astonished by your insights. It's rare to find someone who can so effortlessly dissect a scholarly work at your age."
Leticia blinked, surprised by his praise. She had simply spoken her mind, unaware of the implications of her words.
"Do you think so?" she asked innocently.
"I just thought it seemed incomplete."
"But isn't this the work of a child?" Leticia asked she felt it was so in her eyes this was normal work. Professor Luke coughed out shit if his master heard that he would throw a fit!
"Leticia have you ever taken a IQ test?"
"What is that?" Leticia asked.
Professor Luke hesitated, realizing that Leticia's innocence extended beyond just her knowledge of the world. It seemed she was unaware of many common concepts and practices.
"IQ tests are a way to measure intelligence," he explained patiently.
"They assess various cognitive abilities, such as reasoning, problemsolving, and language skills."
Leticia tilted her head, considering his words.
"So it's like a game?" she asked curiously.
"Not exactly," Professor Luke chuckled.
"It's more of an evaluation tool. But I must admit, your ability to analyze complex texts and identify flaws in established theories is... remarkable."
He paused, debating whether to voice his thoughts aloud. Ultimately, his scholarly curiosity won out.
"Miss Leticia," he said seriously.
"I believe you may possess an exceptionally high IQ. Would you be willing to take a test to confirm this? It could provide valuable insights into your learning capabilities and potential."
"Would I get a lollipop!?" Leticia asked.
"Sure."
"Yes yes!"
Professor Luke couldn't help but smile at Leticia's enthusiasm. Her innocence and excitement were endearing, reminding him of the joy of discovery and learning.
"Very well," he said, standing up.
"I'll arrange for the test to be administered as soon as possible. In the meantime, let's continue with our lesson."
As they delved back into the material, Professor Luke found himself increasingly intrigued by his peculiar student. Her unique perspective and rapid comprehension challenged his assumptions about intelligence and education.
Days turned into weeks, and Leticia continued to astonish her tutors with her progress. She excelled in every subject, from literature to mathematics, her mind absorbing knowledge like a sponge. Amelia watched her with a mixture of admiration and envy, recognizing that Leticia's talents far surpassed her own.
Finally, the day of the IQ test arrived. Leticia sat at a desk in Professor Luke's study, a pencil poised over the test booklet. She looked up at him expectantly, a lollipop clutched in her other hand.
"Are you ready?"
