Ryoma sat in his study with at least half a dozen scrolls open 1 was blank the 1 he would use to create a new sealing formula.
First the seal for Chakra was drawn then around that was a bunch seals for stability ryoma then added on another seal for pathway and a second protection seal. Also a seal for compression was added to compress the large sealing array into a single seal that took on the appearance of a crimson tear drop.
The array took its base from the both the byakugo and genjutsu release barrier sealing arrays.
This Anti-Genjutsu sealing array was coined the [Genjutsu taisei shīru no fuin!].
After that ryoma began translating the sealing formula into hand signs. This would used along side seal materialization via chakra alone.

"Fuin utsushi no jutsu!" He said before slamming his left palm onto the black scroll where a copy of the genjutsu taisei shīru no fuin began scribing itself onto said blank scroll.
With a flick ryoma rolled up both scrolls placing a scroll holder on them both with the techniques name on them. 1 was for the residences libary while the other would be given to the village library, tides libary would have a copy as well.
