Shadow Slave: Heir of the daemons

It has been decades, since their world - and their people - had been infected with something that was called the Spell. Something that brought both superpowers to their known world, as well as monsters that sought to consume them. Following the emergence of the spell, humanity has slowly adapted and managed to gain at least a somewhat steady foothold in the so called dream world. The world, where apparently all those monsters come from. This Story will follow a specific young man. One that had lived a relatively normal live - well, for such a world normal - until the death of his parents. Since then, he had trained and trained to - in the case of being infected by the Spell - be ready for what could be thrown at him. Now, though, he notices that his existence seems a lot more complicated than he had orignally thought it to be. Watch over his Journey and His Evolution. Will he be able to accept his fate and conquer it? Or will he be devoured by the challenges that will appear in his way. This Story is just Something i do for fun, and to show respect to the original Creator GuiltyThree. Also, as with most fan fictions, consider this AU and don’t expect it to follow the original plot perfectly, as even the concept goes against some of the original’s concepts. PS: I have to confess, i'm Not caught up with the current State of the Novel. I'm still somewhere in the 9. Volume. There will be many Changes later on anyway, probably. So it shouldn't be too much of a problem i hope. Upload: Every two days, one chapter. More If i have the time again.

The Lion Has Returned

“As my last wish, kill me Carl,”the king said with breathless voice. “.....You really are an idiot, brother.” Carlos looked down at the king, unblinking yet his voice filled with pain, his tears falling down. And Carlos laughs bitterly and sounds broken. And he lifted the blade higher, tip aimed for the heart to finish quickly. For his brother to not feel the pain and be free from those strings that control him immediately. “....Brother, you never changed” And Carlos drove the sword downward to meet his brother’s heart… But the throne room shattered. The throne room’s doors that have been closed for eternity had blown open and thousands of swords had just been thrown to him in an instant with a terrifying speed. His eyes widened. Something massive passed between him and his brother, faster than thought and attacking him. He didn’t have time to lift his blade. And a shadow came between them and then— Nothing. His brother had opened his eyes as Carlos fell to the ground and his last breath was caught in his throat. And he heard something… a scream…as he could no longer open his eyes. And only darkness was there. -------------------------------- At twenty-eight, Carlos returned from the war bearing scars no crown could heal. He had fought, bled, and stood against his own brother—the beloved king—whose soul had been twisted by divine control. When Carlos finally won, just as he raised his blade to end it all, a stranger struck him down first. He never expected to open his eyes again. But he does—fifteen years old once more, with the weight of his memories and a god whispering in his mind. He’s been sent back, not to win a war, but to prevent it. To stop his brother from becoming a puppet. To unravel the path that led to destruction. And maybe this time... to protect the bond they once had. But the palace is full of masks. Power is a poison. And the closer Carlos gets to changing fate, the more fragmented his memories become—flashes of lives and deaths he doesn’t fully understand. The god who brought him back says this is redemption. But is he a savior... or something else entirely? Can Carlos protect his brother, rewrite destiny, and hold on to the fragile peace he never had? Or is the past more unbreakable than time itself? ----------------------------------------

Reborn with a Necromancer System

-~-WSA 2025 ENTRY-~- Kai Tensen’s life ends in a freak accident, only for him to wake up as a newborn in a completely different world filled with magic, danger, and a “System” providing him with information and secrets of the world. But his second chance at life takes a deadly turn when he discovers the truth: he’s the first necromancer in over 500 years, and the world will do anything to see him destroyed. Hunted by the fanatical Inquisition, Kai must outwit bounty hunters, corrupt mages, and even gods themselves to survive. As Kai’s strength grows, so does the danger. Each step into his newfound powers tests his humanity, forcing him to confront questions of loyalty, betrayal, and the cost of his ambition. But with whispers of a divine conspiracy and ancient relics that could shatter the gods’ control, Kai realizes his fight isn’t just for survival. It’s for revolution. In a world that brands him a monster, Kai vows to outlive his supressors. If they want a villain, he’ll give them one. The gods called him a curse and the church called him evil, but he’ll prove he’s their reckoning. Death is only the beginning. Author's Notes: As you may know, I'm also the author of Fractured Horizon, a slightly futuristic fantasy/sci-fi novel about mutated human monsters and psychics that battle them. I also wrote My Undeath, a reincarnation novel set in a fantasy world. It wasn't my best work, but I loved writing the story. I put a lot more time and effort into Reborn with a Necromancer System, and ironed out the details for a while, plotting approximately 500 chapters for all of you, but this novel could likely reach 1-2k chapters. If you liked either of my other two novels, this novel has a lot more planned for it than the other two. ----------------------------------------------------- Schedule: 10-20 chapters per week Chapter Length 1,000-2,000 words ----------------------------------------------------- Disclaimers: 1. This world is not like Earth. Applying common sense to some basic principles is pointless. 2. There are not any planned harems, but perhaps multiple love interests. 3. Although the main character has a necromancer system, we don't go straight into that. There's a bit of a slow burn, a learning curve for Kai, and he is just a baby when he starts, so give it some time to build up to it. He's not just going to be raising armies of undead while less than a year old. ----------------------------------------------------- Inspiration: D&D is a huge inspiration for this. And I have played as a necromancer-like character in dozens of games, read several books that had necromancers as either the main character, or the antagonist. Death has always been something that has interested me when it comes to my fiction, so I am hoping to share that with all of you. ----------------------------------------------------- Support the Author: Please use coins/stones/golden tickets, or review my novel!
