5 days after the event of the last chapter. The group or should I say The 3 heavenly demons...Screw that, that name is too long I'm calling them HD for short. Anyway back in the bar.
"You guys are the first to reach B rank within a year and at such a young age. You sure you aren't some gods?"
"Ilet if we were gods why the hell would we be sleeping on rooftops?" Toyomo said leaning on the counter.
"Beats me. Anyway, I heard a rumor that you guys have met the queen. You even saved her."
"It's true. But keep quiet and keep it a rumor. I don't want all the attention." Toyomo whispered.
"Wait how did you even hear that rumor from?" Eddy said taking a bite of chicken.
"One of the guys that came into my bar was talking about it...I think his name was like Chad."
"Goddamit Chad." HD thought to themselves.
Then suddenly they heard the sounds of a lot of horses coming then stopping outside the door of the bar.
Then a lady with long beautiful orange hair walked in. She had a breathtaking dress and was as beautiful as a goddess...It was just the queen. But still, she is beautiful.
"Holy shit the queen."
"what's she doing here!?"
People whispered.
"The Heavenly demons. I have come for you."
"Oh wassup, Maddy," Toyomo said.
"Welp goodbye to not attracting attention." Earza thought to herself.
"Your house is ready, come with me," Maddy spoke like a goddess.
"Aright Ilet we gonna head out," Eddy said finishing his chicken.
They walked out of the bar into the carriage and left.
"Hu, Acting like that is hard." Maddy sigh.
"You were speaking like a goddess. I think I prefer the real you though." Toyomo said.
"It was a little bit weird seeing you like that," Earza chuckled.
"Yeah, but I must when I go into public," Maddy said.
"Sucks to be you in public," Eddy said.
"So what do you expect your house to look like?" Maddy asked.
"Just something with a bathroom or even just a room would be nice," Toyomo said.
"Yeah, I was thinking around the same thing." Eddy and Earza nodded their heads in agreement.
"W-what! I'm not a monster you know!"
"Ok, ok, Chill Maddy, we know you're a good woman," Toyomo said grinning.
After a little, they arrived at their new house. They stepped out of the carriage and stood there in amazement.
"Wow, It's huge..." The house that she gave them was about the same size as the castle the queen lived in. And it sat in front of a lake with clear water.
"You're really giving us this castle?" Earza asked.
"Yeah, It's not a problem." Maddy smiled.
"Sweet then let's head inside," Toyomo said.
They got back in the carriage and two guards open the gate and they went in. They were pulled down a small path and saw all the land inside the gate. The horses stopped in front of the stairs to the castle and they got out again.
"This is a lot of house just for saving you," Toyomo said.
"Say that like it's not a big deal," Anna said walking out of the castle along with Chad.
"Anything less than this for saving my sister would be disrespectful," Chad said grinning.
Toyomo grinned. "How's about we have a look inside," Toyomo said going up the stairs.
They walked in and seen a nice and soft red carpet. The walls were nice and smooth reddish, brownish.
"Wooow..." HD was not used to this at all.
"This place has 32 rooms along with a kitchen with supplies to last 42 generations and a hot spring," Maddy said.
"Damn that's a lot of rooms!" Toyomo gasped.
"Damn that's a lot of food!" Eddy had a tad bit of drool.
"A nice bath sounds amazing," Earza fantasied about the bath.
"Well, this place is going to be hard to manage so you're going to need rooms for your maids," Anna said.
"Yeah will send some over-"
"Maddy you can hold off on that,"
"Why Toyomo?"
"Well, that's something that I want to talk to you about." Toyomo became serious at that moment.
They went and sat at a larger table but they all sat in a group.
"So what is so important?" Maddy asked.
"The slave trade." Toyomo only said those words and everybody realized how serious he was. "Do you support the slave trade?"
"No, I don't."
"Then why is it still going on Maddy?"
"Because I can't just cancel it. Even though I am queen my spot can be taken in a moment if I'm not careful by other royals. By simply just killing me and my daughter. A lot of royals support it so if I did just decide to stop it...I and Anna could end up dead."
"But recently a major slave supporter was killed. He is the father of Santulli. His death helps toward the end of the slave trade." Maddy explained.
"The slave trade is really horrible. Some kids are raised by fake parents to make the slaves-"
"Cute so when the master comes he can have fun with them..." Toyomo finished Chad's sentence.
"..." The table went silent.
"So, what I'm hearing is that you can't do anything Maddy but if someone were to end the slave trade while not under your order it would be fine."
"That is correct Toyomo."
"So would you know what people are involved with the slave trade?"
"It's a huge branch that stretches all the way into different lands. I'll say everything I know..."
Sorry for the cliffhanger but it's time to return back to the main story...In the present day back at the king's castle...
"That damn guy he always so smiley in the worse situation if the bad situation only affects him," Eddy said sitting on a couch in the castle with Earza.
"Yeah, but he could have turned out much worse and he's our family so we just got to tolerate him," Earza sighed.
"How big his smile was when he finally got us together was so big." Earza chuckled.
"That dick ruined our first kiss...but I'm happy to call him my brother," Eddy said pulling Earza close.
Earza buried her face into Eddy's shirt."...I-I'm not ready for him to die..." and cried.
"Neither am I but at least he'll come back home and we'll get to spend time with him." Eddy held her tight and let her cry. Her sadness filled the room.
Meanwhile, the king just got done making each weapon.
"Damn that took a lot out of me..." The king said as he clasped to the floor and concentrated on Recovering his Kin.
Let me explain the difference between Kin and Iracuj. Iracuj is the power you are born with but need a certain level of training to even know what power you have. While Kin is your Soul's life force, You can use it to heal or even attack another soul by combining it with Iracuj. Attacking somebody's soul also makes the physical body experience pain beyond understanding. But only high-level users of Kin can do anything with it. For example, The barrier that The king is in drains your Kin and that is the real reason nobody could enter because if you too weak even trying to touch the barrier will drain your Kin to the point that can't move out of the sheer pain that you are feeling. So you need to be strong enough to keep you Kin going while inside. Even though The king is very skilled but even for him getting his Kin drained is worst than being burned alive...good thing he gots a high pain tolerance.
After laying there for a moment the king stood up and put all the weapons in the bag and left out of the shack.
"Man...How long was I in there for." The king raised his hand to block the sun from his eyes.
"Man it feels nice to be out of there...Thank you brother in arms for helping me even after death." The king raised his hand up and made his hand put up 2 but with the fingers together. Then turned and walked back into the main village. He walked into Elizabeth's castle.
"Yo I'm finally done."
"So I see. You in there for a while." Elizabeth said.
"Really? How long was I in there?"
"I believe around 5 months."
"Damn that long!? Hope they have gotten stronger throughout that time."
"Your group has approved in power by a lot. They are even able to spare with some of our top-ranked lutenists."
"I can't wait to see! Where are they?"
"At the training grounds inside the great cave. I shall guide you there." She got up from her chair and left Emil there because screw that guy, fucking back round character. Anyway, they travel to a very large cave that could fit a mountain inside of it. The cave had an opening at the top of it that let in light. The cave also had a very large tree inside of it that had a parkour course built into in and people were fighting on it.
"Damn this brings back memories. Jahol would be happy to see you put this tree to use."
Elizabeth smiled.
"So I assume they are on the tree fight?"
"Yes, I can have guards get them."
"No don't bother I'll do it myself." The king ran at the tree and jumped up it.
Then as Luke was going to jump to one of the pools that were in the tree the King swung up in front of him.
The king had a scary look on his face "Peak-a-boo." That's all the king said then he punches Luke and sent him flying into the ground.
The rest of the group felt the surge of power that came from the king's punch and quickly hopped down from the tree. The king hopped down to Luke.
"You leave for 5 months and you come back and hit me! Why!?" Luke sat up and held his cheek.
"You're not that hurt so you'll be fine." The king reaches out his hand and pulled him up.
"You're a dick you know that!?" Luke took his hand and stood up. The rest of the group walked up behind Luke.
"Hey, Tom it's been a while!" Stegnum said as smiley as ever.
"Luke are you ok?" Ashly rushed to Luke's side.
"Yeah, I'm fine."
"We trained a hit like that won't stop Luke!" Musabi said Cockley.
"Alright, I'll remember to hit Luke harder next time." The king had an evil smile.
"Why am I the only one getting hit!?"
"Don't worry I'll punch everybody eventually. But before that, I'm finally done making the weapons. Wanna see?" The king grabbed the bag.
"Yes!"
"Well, you can't!"
"Why not!?"
"Ishiga I need you to hold the bag," The king said as he tossed the bag to her.
"I see what you plan on doing." Ishiga steeped to the side.
"What's going on?" Stegnum asked.
"Well here's the thing, If you want your weapons you have to prove you can handle them. So I will be sparing with you guys." The king cracks his neck and the pressure from his power started to affect everybody.
"So, come at me!"
The group was already sweating.
"We can do this guy's, we're stronger now!" Musabi was trying to stop her trembling.
Everything went silent as everybody gathers around to watch.
Stegnum took a deep breath... Then rushed at the king first! He shot water at the king like bullets and they were fast and strong at least 20 times how strong he was before. The king dodges the, The Stegnum jumped up and tried a fast downward kick! The King dodge to the left and was about to uppercut him until Musabi ran at the King and tried kicking him in the stomach, The king hurried up and jumped backward. Luke was right his side and he tried to hit him in his ribs, The king grabbed his hand and spun and threw him into Ashly, which was on his other side! Then he kicked him in his back when Ashly caught Luke and made the go flying. Then Stegnum shot water onto the air and Musabi sent lightning through the drops of water! The King Moved sent fire out quickly that evaporate the water. Then Musabi moved so fast that she disappears, for the people who were watching her. She Landed a hit on the king's chest and it pushed him back, Then Luke came up behind him and punched him with wind surrounding his fist and the punched sent him flying forward and Stegnum was there and he jumps up and kneed him in the face and before 1 second past, Ashly punched him in his side and sent him tumbling on the ground.
"We did it! We knocked him down!" Musabi jumped around.
"..ha"
"Ha...HAHAHA!" The king laugh sounded unhuman.
"Good! Good! HEHE!" The king stood up and looked at the ground then a huge feeling of fear came over The group.
"..." The king took a step toward them and the feeling of fear was making them paralyzed.
"I...I" The power became too much for Ashly to handle and she passed out.
The king stopped then looked at them,
"Are you scared?" The kings asked voice sounded demonic.
To everybody else, It looked like Ashly passed out for no reason...but to people who were strong enough like Elizabeth they saw the power pouring out of the king and how cold and dark it was.
"I can't take this anymore!" Musabi was being overwhelmed by fear.
"DON'T YOU GIVE UP!" The king shouted.
"Don't give in to fear! Withstand 30 more seconds of this and you pass!"
They were trying their best but the fear made 30 seconds feel like 30 years.
"5,4,3,2,1" The king let up his power and The group passed out.
"...You guys did well...Sorry for making you guys feel that much fear." The king walked over to their passed out bodies.
"Your power is incredible," Elizabeth said walking up along with Ishiga.
"I think you may have gone overboard." Ishiga handed the bag back to him.
"It's alright because they won't remember the feeling that they felt, but their body will instinctively grow from it though so it means they developed a bit of resistance to fear manipulation."
"Oh I see was that you plan all along?" Elizabeth asked.
"Yeah, Give them hope then crush it so they can grow from it." The king responded.
"Sounds brutal when you put it like that" Ishiga said.
"Anyway can you get some guards lay them down somewhere?"
"It shall be done Tom."
