Forest Hill Mountain; Hidden Cave
On top of Li he notice that someone is looking at him on top and it drools falling down at the face of Li. The saliva slip in his face, making a troubled expression while looking up and that was the mystic frost bear, extending its shoulder with the sharps claws it swung to Li.
"Ugh! luckily I dodge it but encountering identified spirit beast that I don't know is not my lucky day. Ahck!"
While Li was pestering his self the mystic forest bear attack him, Li use his shadow step and dodge the attacks but with the strong attacks that landed on the ground the strong impacts of the mystic forest bear troubled Li as the fragments of the stones is hitting him.
"Wait! is this spirit beast genius?!"
Bam!!
Li wasn't concentrating and got hit blasting on the rocks. The strong impact damaged more of Li's organs and cause him to cough a mouthful of blood, it was expected that he is still alive after that great physical power of attack. Li stand slowly while panting heavily with coated blood on his face and the damage of his stomach makes more even worst where it also effect his consciousness to fade.
"Haa... haa... I lost too much blood, I'm hungry and fighting a rampaging freaking spirit beast. But... the only choice is to kill it."
The mind of Li and his body where already in risk condition but he think of a way, how would he beat the mystic forest bear. Looking around while the mystic frost bear is closing in to Li, he found a small spot on the edges filled with pointy rocks. Li smirk, from his gamble decision and lured the mystic frost bear near at the pointy rocks as he use his shadow step to rash in there. In both sides, it have a pointy rocks and behind of Li as well, he provoke the mystic frost bear and forcefully run to Li where he was standing. It extend its sharp claws and slash sideways but he reacted fast, forcefully bending his knees and dodge it. Then the mystic frost bear roar when it hit the pointy rocks.
"Haa... haa... that's a payback!"
As the mystic frost bear roared in pain Li make it worst, kicking deeper the pointy rock that was stuck in the palm of the mystic frost bear and used the broken piece of the pointy rocks, slash through the eyes to blind it. While it was rampaging, swaying it's big monstrous hand Li wasn't able to dodge and got hit, blasting away and the broken rubbles covered him.
"Damn... haa... haa... how lucky I am after taking that hit. Haha... guess I'm really a bit lucky and... now rejoice because I will shut your suffering right now. Hn! Aaaargghh!!!"
Li use his shadow bind and attached it to the large stone to push back the mystic frost bear on the remaining pointy rocks, he forcefully slammed it using his remaining strength just to kill the mystic frost bear. It pierced his whole body while it was stuck on the large stone, Li was also impressive from what he done while laughing in pain. Li stand but his knees have no strength left to stand more that's why he crotch and crawled to the direction of the mystic frost bear, opening his eyes he look up closely and the system pop in front of Li.

"Huh?... I have no time to think about that normal tier and item thing. I need... to eat something... to at least recover my strength.haa... haa... it might be very bitter and have an unpleasant taste but I have no choice."
Li grabbed the foot of the mystic frost bear and bite the skin's flesh, eating it while it spills the blood in his mouth, he tried to gulped it in and his sense of taste reacted that it can't take its flavor. Li nearly vomit but he tried to stop it and forcefully swallowed it down quickly.
"(Heavy breath)Haa... haa... taste like hell but it wasn't enough to satisfy my hungrier."
Then Li was curious about the crystal diamond shape on the mystic frost bear forehead, he stand slowly while in pain and detached it. Li keep on staring the crystal diamond shape thinking that his simple system will appraise it but nothing happened, he didn't care anymore and eat it. Then Li keep on eating the flesh of the mystic frost bear , forcing his self, just to fill his empty stomach. Suddenly in his chest he feel a cold aura, piercing its chest and his whole body.
"Wha! what is this!, it hurts and freaking cold! Urk!!"
Grabbing the center of his chest, Li screamed loud as he is in serious pain, but then a white aura enveloped his whole body. Li didn't know what's happening to his body but it was only absorbing the soul essence of the crystal diamond shape where he ate earlier. After that he gasp and wondering what was happening to his body and saw the screen's system.

"Wait, ... my body is glowing and... my injuries are also healing, well... that's great then. After eating that strange crystal I feel like my strength improved. Also I gained a new skill, great! But... what should I do next?"
Li's thought pondered for a while and suddenly he was surprise because he realized that the trial was still ongoing. Li was panicking while scratching his head and went outside of the cave to see if the sunset went down, he sigh which shows a relief face because the sunset was still half at the horizon. Li went to the river and drink to quench his dry throat, he was refreshed and thinking that he will go back to the cave after finishing the trial and if he has free time.
"Now that my shadow step improved I think that I can still catch up before the trial will be over. I still don't know about the tier thing but if I ask about it then that will solve my problem. Okay!... time to... move!"
He bent his knees, putting his strength onto his legs and leap side to side from the rocky wall of the mountain's cliff where Li fell, he pass the high surface of rocks and landed on the forest, quickly moving forward to the direction of the hill.
