'Sect Academe Campus; Boys quarter'
Sunrise has risen, Li and Heng was still sleeping with a messy posture. Someone knock on door and Li was woken up, shoving off his blanket and went down to open the door while he is still half asleep.
"Oh!... instructor Mei you are here..."
"Yes, I'm here."
Li was staring on instructor Mei and went to a silent atmosphere for a moment then in funnies way Li just laughed half heartedly and remembered the coat that instructor Mei remind him. Li back off embarrassingly and bowed his head to apologize for forgetting the coat. Instructor Mei has a patience of waiting so he easily didn't mind and let it go then Li went to get the coat to return it.
"I'm sorry instructor Mei I... forgot to return it in night time."
"No, it's okay and to be truth I didn't come here to retrieve my coat but I just want to see if you are all right, since I saw your clothes that are cut in smithereens and thought that you are in grave injured."
"Ah-ahh... don't worry instructor Mei I'm okay and I'm fully recovered."
"Is that so, I'll leave then and thank you for returning the coat."
Instructor Mei leave and Li bowed for a gratitude, thanking him. Li then was comfortable at that time, it's unexpectedly that instructor Mei is being aware for his students and Li think that instructor Mei is really a kind person.
Looking at his back Li smiled while watching Heng who is still sleeping and snoring loudly. Li stretch up his arms, eating a short snacks and making a note as if he is ready to go somewhere. Then he leave the small piece of note on the handle of the door and went to the window, opening up and jump to the trees, using his shadow step skill.
A place where Li went was the place where he has a hunch that the hidden cave was still at the forest hill mountain on the cliff where he fell. Jumping down side to side and landed on the area of the cave, after landing on the ground the system pop up and it says [Hidden Cave] he was still surprise because he thought that the hidden cave will be gone or vanish but seeing it closer it was definitely that cave where Li arrived.
"Fu... so it was really still here then I should start exploring it now."
Li went in hesitantly and twitch suddenly around in his shoulder, the scene where he fought the mystic frost bear was still triggering him but he shakes his head and change his mind, saying that he is different right now and definitely he is not that really weak. So he move and went inside on the dark hidden cave.
Walking quietly Li didn't sense anymore about the cold breeze wind, he was relief but still on guard . Li saw the large stone where he use to kill the mystic frost bear, feeling that he might throw up and turned immediately to the side, walking on different route he step on something.
"W-Wait... are those bones?"
Lifting up his foot he was surprise again while looking straight on the pile of the forest wolves bones that was stack in many years. He also saw a pile of small forms of light he didn't know and peek his curiosity then went closer and suddenly all the light forms went around on Li as it feels to him that it was absorbing something strange.
"Wha-What is it!, ah! wait.... are those what they called soul essence?... hm... I still don't know about it but... I feel like after absorbing it I'm becoming more stronger, guess I will really talk about this later to brother Heng and Ah Cy."

Of course after what just happen from the improvement of his skills Li was shock, it was really lucky for him and makes him happy that his threatening life was not in vain. Understanding from what happen to Li he is now slowly knowing about the tier meaning.
"Hm, Hm that was great! all my skills improved from just absorbing those soul essence. Still... let's see if I can found more something in this hidden cave."
After Li absorbed all of the soul essence of the forest wolves he continued to explore the cave and find a hint if there is a connection to the instructor Mei's two colleagues but he didn't find anything. Li was disappointed and tired then sat on the rock, suddenly it press down the rock by the weight of Li and startled.
The hidden cave shake and Li was a bit anxious so he ready his skill if something happen but then the shaking stop and under on the rock stone there was a stairs going down.
"What!? a cave that it has a stairs? wait... if there is a stairs here then... this was a hand made of human, guess I need some evidence more but if I really need to know then I need to go down."
Li was a bit nervous but he still proceed and went down, the torch lit up from where the dark covers, until it reach to the end. Li saw an old wooden table where there is a book, he went and look up on it. Opening the dusty book, there was a letter of words that he can't understand.
"Huh? what a waste I thought I could gain something new about this book."
Li was surprised where the book light up and vanished then the system pop [Item: Fire book]. Li wondered if the book can advance the skill but knowing the fire part it is best that he will let know first to his friend Heng, then he stored on his storage. After that slowly by slowly the surroundings vanished, Li was just standing there out of nowhere on the grass and trees.
"So... the illusion wear off after I took the fire book. Well at least nothing bad happen, I should return right now."
Li boosted his knees with the use of shadow step, leaped and run going back to the academe sect campus
