He's a pervert, not a madman.
Is there really any difference? And is being a pervert truly better than being a madman?
By the definition of better, should we mean normal, as in, is a pervert truly more normal than a madman?
Upon careful thought, perverts are indeed different from madmen. A madman's actions lack logic and are chaotic, whereas a pervert simply has his own logic; so, they're indeed different.
But Andy, he should be more of a madman rather than a pervert, right?
The nickname 'Madman Andy' wasn't coined by just one or two people. He really is a madman, not just a pervert with some special fetish.
If there's anything perverted about Andy, it might be his unique view of his superiors, seeing as he's an assassin of supervisors.
Hilter stared at Andy, then couldn't help but say, "This time, you are the highest in command, correct?"
"Yes."
