A bright red sun rose slowly from the edge of the desert.
At the inn,
compared to last night's clamor, this morning was especially quiet.

When they left the inn, apart from Arthur Lindsey, Ella Lacey, and Julion Johnsons, the remainder of the group consisted of some brothers led by Ordon Finnegan.
The entire team looked much leaner.
Ordon Finnegan walked to the front, bowed politely to Arthur Lindsey, "Mr. Lindsey, it seems the treasure you seek is now at your fingertips, yours for the taking without further contest. Please follow me to the destination."
"What kind of treasure is it?" Ella Lacey's curiosity was piqued, her large eyes fluttering.
