"Who are you?"
Ella Lacey curiously asked, "At the night market's lantern exhibition, was it you who saved me?"
The man didn't speak.
But he turned around.
In the same blue long sleeved ancient clothing, the same silver-gray mask, Ella Lacey recognized him instantly and exclaimed with excitement, "It really is you!"
The man approached her.
A pair of eyes beneath the mask seemed to be closely examining her beautiful features.
This time.
Ella Lacey felt a sense of familiarity, especially from the brilliance that shone in his eyes.
She asked perplexedly, "Who exactly are you? Do we... know each other?"
Looking around, she didn't know when Ordon Finnegan had left.
Now, just the two of them were left in the garden.
"Ella, long time no see." The man suddenly spoke.
Ella Lacey found the voice unbelievably familiar.
This voice, she would never forget it in her lifetime!
She jumped excitedly and hugged him, "Ruben, it's you, isn't it!"
